Loved everything about the tidiness and new place. Very good fixtures and I would strongly recommend this as the right place to go for a comfortable and clean stay. Not particularly easy to say when you are close to the Haram and paying at least SR 1000 for most nights.

1. No easy transport link to the Haram. You WILL struggle to get a taxi to get to the Haram and may have to either go at least half and hour early or make some prayers at the hotel 2. Beds are really not that great. Too soft and sink in so perhaps not the best for your sleep 3. No restaurants although I hear there will be an opening soon.

- I booked family suite that consist one room with king bed & other with three beds as shown but when I reached they allotted me 2nd room with only two beds. On my objection they changed my room but they shouldn’t display wrong information.

i gave 5 stars the reception saudi national his name is Mohammad, this guy is very accomodating, have a good manners the way be talk in hotel guest and i observed how he handle the people infront of reception, the company should give attention of this guy good performance to more succesful of the Hotel. the rooms are clean and big , the hotel staff are nice there is a bus from the hotel to the haram but their timings is a mess

the bus timings needs to be adjusted we aways go back to the haram in last minute and hard to find the bus for the way back so you better put in mind the taxis options - for uber they are not allowed to get near the haram and the taxis are super expensive. just prepare for the long wait for the bus - the hotel better have more than one bus to make it easier for the guests .

The place smell was adorable. The cleanliness was perfect. The decor and design was very creative.

My door lock wasn’t opening by the key, so the receptionist told us that he wills end somebody to fix in the sameday. However, it didnt get fixed on the sameday. Also we have requested for 4 to 5 times from the receptionist and the cleaners themselves to clean our room from the morning, unfortunately at the end of the day when we came back to the room at night it wasn’t cleaned. So we had to do it by ourselves, which are very dissapointed.

The hotel is very clean Beads are comfortable The bathroom is clean but small The shower is amazing There is a cafe and restaurant in the hotel with good prices There is laundry and they finished very fast (im 1 hour) cleaning and ironing There are good parking spaces

The location It seemed neer from Al Haram but it i not . It is around 20 min with car The rooms are small in size There is no table for eating because the room size is very small 2-room suit with no living Only 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms

The rooms are amaculate clean and newly built. Hotel staff is also friendly. Silent place.

The hotel location is little far for Umrah pilgrims and shuttle service is only aval 5 times with no service at night.

The facility is great, clean and comfortable. Location is a bit faelr from Haram but it's manageable as taxis and ubers are easily accessible. Hotel's shuttle service also is good and the driver is very cooperative

The staff especially at the reception at night are not supportive and a bit arrogant. No one answers the phone when called from outside

Everything except the price.. It was alittle bit too much

-I did not like the price value - i did not like the brakefast.. And when I wanted to change the meal the resturant refused.
