The hotel is perfect, exquisitely clean, withvery polite and helpful staff.

The commute to al masjid al haram from the hotel is very easy with cab or uber, but the return is a bit more tiring in finding cab, but this isn't related to the hotel itself. However i am posting this for travelers to be prepared.

I had a fantastic time the stay was exceptional, the staff were extremely friendly polite and welcoming, the open buffet breakfast was daily prepped and at high level, the reception team as a whole were fantastic, thankyou to everyone from me and my wife. You raised the bar very high.

No shuttle service to the haram

The hotel is clean, people are polite, breakfast is good, the hotel is calm. Check in and out were very fast. You can use CAREEM or UBER to go to HARAM or strain station. But the return from harm is based on bargaining.

The location is far from Haram. Take a taxis from Haram to hotel is 30SR - 35SR and 40SR. The location of the hotel is in narrow street. The area is deserted. No restaurant easy to find. All shops around are closed. Even building are deserted with a sign for hiring or investment during HAJJ. There is a souk near the hotel with perfume, furniture, and clothes mainly. The mattress is hard and not comfortable. It should be much better for this hotel.

At the reception was Hatim. He was very kind and friendly and took good care of our comfort. The hotel is small and cosy. the rooms are comfortable and neat. I highly recommend.

The room was so big with very comfortable bed, shower and bathroom also spaceful. very clean room.

Its a bit far from Haram especially if there is road traffic.

Very Good value for money, room very clean and staff respectful and helpful and breakfast good. Very good experience overall. Go to Haram with Careem and come back with Taxi.

The shower door wasn't very well sealed so some water would flow outside the shower cabin but not a huge issue. If you have a shuttle to Haram that would be perfect but I realize this might be a bit hard.

The ambiance , the cleanliness , the reception staff ..all was so good. The reception staff specially Mr. WASEEM was very cordial and polite. He has good communication skills. The lady receptionist Ms. RAJA was also equally nice. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was also very generous and polite. I will recommend it to friends. Overall the room was very comfortable and the place was maintained with good esthetic taste.
