The room met our expectations with essential amenities like a water heater, tea, water, and tissues. The staff was extremely hospitable, allowing us a late check-out at 3 PM free of charge. The hotel provided a solid breakfast with classic Saudi dishes such as shawarma, laban, and hummus. The dining experience was pleasant with great service. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a large number of lifts for convenience, a spacious lobby with massage chairs, and additional amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and mosque. The location was also ideal, only a short 4–7 minute taxi ride from the Haram. Opposite the hotel is the beautiful Qatari Mosque, and there’s a bus station right across the street for easy transportation.

The bathroom was a bit small, and there were no mats provided, which made the floor slippery after a shower. The Wi-Fi in the room was somewhat slow, even though it showed full signal strength on the phone. Providing bathroom mats would be helpful to avoid slippery floors, and the Wi-Fi speed could be improved for a more seamless experience.

Overall the hotel is good. Staff, Ambience, location, Restaurant, near to the bus station which takes you free to Haram. Near the park. Back side of hotel there is one small supermarket, laundry, and mosque. Restaurant quite big setting area. Variety of food options in breakfast but unfortunately all Arabic food they should focus also some Asian countries. Neat and clean rooms and room service also good.

They should not charge extra for fun items put in the bill and charge at one time. For Snooker half hour 25 Riyal which is quite expensive. Swimming 10 Riyal for 1 hour only for kids. Football table 25 Riyal for half hour only also quite expensive. Kids area same like this. So all this item's should not be charge extra. One main thing and i special request to hotel management that please in underground parking should mention exit logos there is no any guide marks from where to exit because very congested parking so you can't move freely.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. Impeccably clean rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The shuttle service to Haram should run more frequently. Currently it runs around prayer times with more than 1hr gaps. Having it hourly throughout the day or every half an hour during prayer time would be ideal. Another hassle is the walk from Bus stop to Haram, its easily 10-15 mins walk so consider it as well.

The Bus and Transportation to Haram, it's Station in Ghaza which is Actually so far from inside the Haram you walk a lot to Enter Haram, it should be Earlier 15 minutes as a schedule, I missed many Prayers and praying at the around the Haram not inside the Haram, rather than schedule time and station, it's Accurate and on-time and always consistent on same spot in front of El Tazeg cart,,,

The rooms were clean & well maintained. The location was great as well, since the hotel is situated near Aisha Mosque. Other services (like shuttle) were also really good. I enjoyed my stay & would recommend others as well to stay at Midan Hotel.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent.

The shuttle bus timing was not very accurate.

The Hotel is decently good , Staff and workers there are extremely good and supportive. City bus stop is just out of the hotel gate, take Bus No.6 drop you at bus stop Ajyad 04 then around 10 min walking to haram which is extremely convenient . for the way back same you need to walk to Ajyad 4 and the bus drop at Aziziya 170 in front of the hotel just for infomation most of the time the bus very crowded. If using taxi its 10 to 15 riyals to the haram and around 20 riyals from haram to hotel.

We had to call them for room cleaning , which they should do it on there own. Breakfast menu almost same not to much change over a week

Despite being quite far from Masjid Al-Haram, it provides exceptional comfort and cleanliness. The rooms are spotless, the check-in process is smooth—even when booked through Booking.com—and reception staff are extremely friendly, though their English skills are limited. Still, they understood and responded to all our requests. The hotel has 16 elevators and a children’s pool (10 SAR/hour for under 12s). A key consideration is its distance from Masjid Al-Haram. A free shuttle bus takes guests to Shieb Amir terminal, around 800 meters from the mosque. This distance is manageable for younger or fit guests, but may be challenging for those traveling with elderly or young children, especially in hot weather. Shuttle buses mostly align with prayer times, with extra service for Duha and Tahajjud, though occasionally they left earlier than scheduled. Taxis, Uber, or Careem are recommended alternatives, with rates from 20–40 SAR. This hotel is better suited for seasoned Umrah travelers who don’t need to attend every prayer at the Haram. You should plan prayer visits wisely—for example, staying from Dhuhr to Isha—or using early Fajr trips and returning later in the day. A mosque is available in front of the hotel as well. Breakfast options are varied and reasonably priced, both at the hotel and nearby. The restaurant serves tasty Middle Eastern food (no rice), and there's an egg station that could use better training. Across the street is an excellent Chinese restaurant. A 24-hour convenience store behind the hotel offers essentials. Overall, great value for comfort and amenities.

The hotel’s distance from Masjid Al-Haram and the limited English proficiency of some staff were minor drawbacks, along with the lack of rice in the restaurant menu.
