Weak wifi no shuttle service to Haram

Special thanks to Mr. Abdelrahman Harby :) in the reception. The hotel was comfortable, clean, near to makkah free buses' stop ( trasportation to Haram) Also near to a restaurant for having breakfast/dinner, near to a small grocery shop and barber shop. All the rooms have 4 beds (ready for Hajj season), refrigerator, kettle and a cook.

Unfortunately, we paid in Cash as the POS machine was not working and the rooms don't include a safe. But in totality, the hotel was very safe.

Excellent location. Bit quiet & markets/restaurants walk in distance. Hotel provides each half an hour shuttle services to haram & wheelchairs for needy on return basis. Overall it's worth staying with family. Hotel is overall excellent & economical, comparatively.

they say free parking but its just parking infront of the hotel on the road no private parking whatsoever and is really far from al haram one side you need to cross main road and other you have to walk little to the bus stop but the same bus wont drop you back to the same bus stop …so location wise its far and no restaurants near by

The location , value for money, and check in staff are all excellent. Mr hamza is very courteous. The cleaning staff are also very friendly.

The family suit was lovely to stay. This means the whole family of 7 could stay in the same place rather than various rooms in possibly different floors. Plus, each room is equipped with 4 beds, and the ensuit bathroom is perfect. Location is close to local amenities and not too far from Haram. Tax cost was roughly SAR 15 to SAR 20 to Haram for the whole family and about 10min drive. That's roughly £3 - £4. Bus to Haram cost SAR 4 per person. Urber worked cheaper for our family size. Wifi was never slow during our stay. A fully functioning stove and oven for those wishing to cook. I fully recommend it for families and will definitely stay there again.

1. There is no hotel shuttle to Haram. 2 to 3 hotels in the location could team up to have shared shuttle services. 2. Microwave. A microwave will serve more purpose than the stove and oven, as most people have no time to cook but can easily warm up foods. This is basic kitchen equipment to have.

Assalaam Alaikum I have been experienced to stay in many different different Hotels in Makkah, and also In big cities inside KSA , Mashallaah Emaar Al Noor is one of Number one Hotel Room I ever experienced Mashallaah entire hotel having a good positive vibes while entering, Obviously safe clean and peaceful atmosphere for carry families as well without worries having huge space for Vehicle parking, So much reliable genuine price, super clean and high standard of hygienist, I must Say An Egyptian Manager is very kind humble to all professional and observer, Quick service, having sufficient facilities inside Room. Reception Staff Mashallaah are always active kind and helpful. Lifts Are well maintained,number one Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff are well trained,professional & Decent Mashallaah bus are available for pick & Drop us to Holy kaba ,maintaining punctuality I am happy & glad by every single stay 😊 This could be best hotel as I recommend my family members, friends , and relatives. I booked a two-bedroom apartment for my family that was quite spacious for six of us. The rooms and washrooms were clean. There was a shuttle service to Haram that ran every 30–45 minutes. The courtesy of Mr. Abdullah at the reception counter was noteworthy. The Internet signal in the hotel was quite strong.

On checking in, the AC in one of the bedrooms was malfunctioning, and the valve for the hot water in one of the bathrooms was faulty. Even though these were repaired after making a complaint, it's better that things are checked and made functional before the guests check in. Even though the kitchenette was good, the crockery was missing, and the teabar was without the items necessary for tea and coffee, such as teabags, coffee strips, and sugar. Bedside tables should have been there.

Incredible value for money! Close to the shuttles to go back and forth to the Masjid Haram. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities. The folks at the reception were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to let us stay beyond the checkout time as we had a flight later in the evening without charging us extra. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again inshaAllah!

The lady at the reception was inefficient. she makes delay time at the time of check in. My mother (86 years) got very tired because of her wrong attitude.
