It wasn’t very noisy like the other hotels. It was a bit far from Haram but you can take the free public bus (no 4 and no 8) the bus stand is next to the hotel and also on the opposite road. It hardly takes 10 mins to the Haram. you can track the public bus service on MakkahTransit.sa. The bus stop no is 148 next to the hotel and 149 on the opposite side.There’s a small food Boofia on the opposite road too. Hotel shuttle service is available at the weekend every 20 mins. Furthermore, they provided with towels when we asked and also cleaned the room. Room was very clean and the washroom had toiletries.

Washrooms are a bit worn out, maybe they need some renovation. Shuttle buses must be provided everyday if possible.

The bus station is directly in front of the hotel.

Near to Hypermarket but a bit far from the Haram. Room is spacious, staff are friendly and services are up to expectations. If you miss the hotel shuttle bus you can take the free public bus in front of the hotel door. I really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable bed good amenities. Although the hotel was fully booked but you hardly feel it.

If the hotel's bus can get more closer to the Haram

Its bit far from haram.But govt bus service to haram is available round the clock.

Need some deep cleaning for the room furniture Keeping chairs outside the rooms leave a space for some residents to stay and groups gathers outside their room, disturbing the other residents.

Alhamdulilah really good for a short umrah visit.

The room never had towels and it took ages to get some. I don't think this is a common thing though. The beds were a little on the hard side but im nitpicking. I would definitely recommend this venue for umrah. You can get buses to and from the haram and taxis are all over the place. They're aren't too many food options though.

Excellent staff! No iftari or suhoor arrangement Shuttle service was convenient, just required some getting accustomed to finding our hotel bus at the harram station. It’s near the Saee, safa marwa and near bathroom compound.

Bathroom needs updating but manageable.

Most facilities are decent, although the hotel seems like it’s far away the drive to the haram is only 4 minutes by shuttle. Many shops on the road for food, clothing. Masjid nearby. Mostly Turkish area

hotel shuttle is pretty infrequent - we had to wait almost half an hour sometimes so I think they should increase the frequency to every 15 minutes or have a set timetable

We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment but location was ok,little far from haram but they had a bus service which was good.

Bus for haram wasn't always available as we were told,one night after finishing our umrah we waited for the bus more than 1 hour then had to find a taxi back to hotel,which wasn't very convenient at 3.am .

the place is very comfy and clean with wonderful smell. very close to general bus and the hotel bus works mainly at weekends unless high capacity of visitors require more bus so it is all the week
