This hotel should be ranked 7 Stars (not even 5). It is exceptional from the moment we walked in. I am sending special regards for Ms. Nawal in the reception who made every possible effort to facilitate everything for us, including the booking of the Train from Makkah to Madinah. Also Mr. Mohamed, the manager of the restaurant who was very attentive and caring to make sure that we are fully satisfied even by doing things by himself. Also, Mr. Mohamed's team of all Egyptian and Saudi Chefs, who prepared the most delicious breakfast buffet I have ever seen in Makkah. I was visiting from Germany the staff is super nice.I stayed here for my Umrah then I went to Makkah and I was coming back to stay in the same hotel after I would return to Medina. So I just left some of my luggage behind which they were very accommodating with!

Yes, if you are coming for Umrah. This property might be a little far (9.7KM) to be exact. It could cost you 40-45 SAR going and coming back everytime (with Uber) which can become quite costly if you visit Haram 3 times a day. But the management told me that they are soon about to start their Shuttle services! So it is definitely going to make up for it!

Really nice environment, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They consistently making sure guests are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah. It was great. Bed comfort can not be beat. The best hotel I have never been privileged enough to stay at. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The hotel was wonderful. It is not crowded, as very few people know about this hotel. The cleanliness and view from the room were also good. The reception staff were very helpful, as they helped us check in early, which was a relief for us at the moment. We had an amazing breakfast in-room, enough for two people. Bus shuttle is available for visitors who wish to perform Umrah every hour. There are a few cafes (Karak tea/arabic coffee shops) behind the hotel, which you must try! I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who needs peace after a long trip, especially after you perform UMRAH.

The only thing of concern was the location! It is not very far from Haram, but the route is tricky for the taxi drivers as there are a lot of diversions. I suggest using the hotel shuttle service. There are no nearby restaurants, but at a drive of 1 km, you can find almost everything. Going back and forth to Haram will be hectic.

Beautiful hotel, very nice friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful as well. Nothing to complain about hotel, room or service. Infact they kindly let me stay longer as my flight was later in the day. An advice to all future guests if you are using taxis schedule your pick up in advance, it would make your life much easier.

To be honest nothing much except location but you get what you pay for and its not a bad location itself but just a week ago before my trip the signal/intersection was closed near it so all taxi drivers struggled getting to the hotel from highway but I am sure eventually they would figure it out.

The hotel is pretty new, all the facilities was clean, and the bed was comfortable and they accepted to early check in me, stuff were good, not that helpful but they ensure your question is answered., overall it was a good hotel which I would return again.

shuttle to Haram was only before the prayers have an hour, and some times it's not on time, despite they accepted my early check in but they left me in the reception 2 hours even the room was ready due to policy state that early check in start at 11, cafe shop at the reception is closed durring the evening.

Very clean. Comfortable. Value for money. Shuttle service to Haram. The security staff were extremely helpful. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were also good. Hassle free check in and check out.

Newly built, standalone building. Therefore, no supermarkets or restaurants close by. Need to walk at least 7-10 minutes for a grocery store. Had to get food and snacks delivered. When asked for plates, they said they do not have plates at the hotel.

The hotel is quite a distance from the Haram. The shuttle drops off very far.

For Friday prayer was not able to get to the Harram on time due to the chaos and had to prayer where all the buses drop off and pick up passengers of a.

The hotel was really nice and deserved to be a 4 star. The hotel lobby was very big and the sofas were very comfortable and in the corner was a small coffee shop where you can enjoy fresh snacks and coffee. The room was spacious, AC was chilling, beds were comfy and the decor was marvelous. The window was large and we could almost see the clock tower. The shuttle service from hotel to haram was fast and helpful. The reception process was very fast and the staff were very polite and courteous, especially Mr Majid and generally all.

The shuttle service could have more buses so more guests can come. The hotel was far from haram, and you can’t go by walk. If you miss the shuttle, you’ll have to go by taxi which will cost you 30-50 Riyals. There were no restaurants nearby the hotel. You should improve these points so this can be the best four star hotel.
