Good location and staff

Shuttle to haram is limited to prayers times only as location is far from haram so it is suggested that it should be every one hour as mostly others hotel which are far from haram offer this service

Highly recommended! Very clean hotel and very good location. Supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops close by. They offer free shuttle bus to the Al Haram. Excellent service all togheter.

Reasonable price of double bed room. Room furniture was arranged nicely. Good attitude of staff. 24 hrs pick and drop bus service from hotel to Haram and Haram to hotel. We enjoyed the stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean.Great location. Close to everything ( Starbucks, Dunkin, Jarir books store, Kudu, pharmacy, many restaurants). Car parking was available on street and basement. Bus services to Alharam.

Shops were close, bus to Masjid Haram was every hour, 10-12 minute drive to Masjid Haram. Next time I wouldn't book as it's too far.

When I booked it said breakfast included but when we reached hotel staff said No breakfast included, A mistake somewhere.

Excellent educated staff at reception. Room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel + there is bus(new) service to haram every 30 mins. You can park your in the basement.

There was bus shuttle service and room service was good

the location was ideal and had close by facilities such as cafes shops and petrol station….I also liked that they had private parking free of charge.

the rooms are a bet outdated new furniture makeover can be a plus
