The receptionist on the PM shift was nice. He loves children. I liked the design of the room. Small but comfortable. The hotel, the bed and the towels are clean. Parking is safe and spacious. Because we liked the place we stayed for 3 days.

The window is not safe for children so don't let them play near it. The TV is no longer working properly. Some electric outlets are not functional.

Few minites taxi ride to Al Haram. Restaurants supermarkets and facilities all near by. Receptionist was very helpful and cooperative. Booking price is great compared to similar hotels.

Very quiet place room was not clean but it was changed easily. New room, however, was perfect. Do not expect a 5 stars hotel at the given price. It is a value for money hotel.

The rooms were excellent, spacious, had wash basin , lift service was excellent available all the times, parking was always available outside hotel, had Albaik and tazij food courts near by, supermarket nearby, staff was ok

The location was far from Haram, bus service for Haram was not available at that time may be due to Ramadan, breakfast / dinner facility not available

AC was working very well and noisiness amazing and relax room. very near albaik available

I meet with one person his name is ahmed his behavior was very friendly really he is a good man & give us a good ideas about staying. Staff is also nice just issue is wifi it was not working we try to connect but can't.

room was small .. need more space inside for salah and there is no masjid near hotel .. the sound of Azan call was not audible

Good location. Some local shops and food places such as Subway, Dominoes and McDonald's close by.

No shuttle bus service to haraam and back.
