Everything was great..room was comfortable and clean.A lots of shops nearby but very less restaurant...So if you want to buy food should buy near Haram then only get back to hotel.

Shuttle bus available from hotel to Haram but somehow I didn't find the one coming back from Haram to hotel..For 3 days I have to take taxi and the fares quite expensive.

Sama Al Deafah Hotel is excellent. I was very happy their staff are very friendly and at your service at all times. 24 hours they are available at your service. Most times some hotels will have telephones in the rooms not functioning but at Sama Al Deafah's room telephone functions just dial 0 and they will come to your service. I was very happy and felt very safe in this hotel. I will always stay in the hotel. Transportation is very easy Al Masjid Al Haram is really just less than 5mins by bus and they will also give you a daily bus ticket for free with a hand band with their contact which you will tie on your hand when you are going to the Haram in case anything happens to you one will just contact them. The rooms are very clean and set up European standards I was very happy to be there and also the shops are all over the place and a very friendly environment. I recommend this hotel to all Muslims

Overall it is a 8/10 hotel. The staff at the reception are very uncooperative and do not even know what is going on in the hotel. The other reception guys say x is available then they say it is not available and are very unwelcoming and are clearly not trained in hospitality. Except the one saudi guy with glasses.However, the bellman, staff supervisor Muhammad, and other staff are very very good and we experienced nothing but good from them. The hotel didn’t have a iron and I don’t think the cooker worked either. The location is alright, but that’s the reason this hotel is cheaper than most. However, the rooms are amazing, especially our King room. We loved the facilities. Bus is free and it takes you to Haram station in 3 minutes. Then you have to walk about 8-9 minutes into masjid.

Coffee and tea bags were provided in the room, but it was difficult to get more when I ran out. My room was fine, but my family’s room required some maintenance—the stove was broken and even exploded when we tried to use it. It would be a good idea for the hotel to perform regular checks on electrical devices before guests check in. Despite this issue, the overall stay was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

To be honest everything was exceptional. The staff : From the receptionist were really well-mannered and also bell man everything excellent! The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are in top!

The transportation. They didnt provide free shuttle to Haram like the other hotels did. So the only way you need to reach the haram either use the other nearest hotels bus (which you need to do it silently without that hotel knowing it😂) , makkah bus (need to pay 4riyal one way), walking which took you 1km++ but in this summer time this is obviously not my option, uber.

Location was very perfect This hotel located in mahbus jinn hotel city From the Oposite side of hotel there’s a bus way , By that bus way will reach haram just by 3 minutes Also multiple buses available 24/7 Hotel was 3.5-4 star standard Receptionist Muhammad alharbi was very helpful most welcoming Room size was few small But it’s ok

There was no parking available in the hotel, parking floor was closed & no good restaurant nearby hotel But we ordered albaik & another good food by food delivery app ‘HungerStation’

Room is little bit small . But very valuable for your short stay . Staff very nice . Always come room and ask for help . Location just nice because shuttle bus 24hours but you need cross the road to take the bus . I love vibes in the lobby because they are good smell from hotel .
