I liked how there was a free shuttle service heading to the Kaaba that ran throughout all hours of the day at every hour. Breakfast was immaculate and reception was prompt in providing us water and toiletires

It's a very good hotel in Price, clean ..breakfast ,staff is very good ..also if you have a kids there is a good nursery ..place for kids to play and enjoy in R2..floor ..my son enjoyed alot

Its very far from haram..there are buses to go to and from the haram..but you have to walk alot to reach to the place of buses ..and to walk alot when the bus dropped you to reach to haram to pray . It's not easy to find the bus ..

Room & breakfast. Also the hotel let us check in in the middle of the night (flight was very late) The bus to the Masjid al Haram very helpful (every hour). You need to walk a bit as the new project of expanding the Mosque is in progress

The floor in the room need to be clean (hair, dust)

The rooms were a good size and very clean. The cleaners do a great job and they didn't even take our tip the first day we left it by the TV( different customs in Saudi). The location was.good too, not too long of a bus ride.

1st was that they advertise there is a kids room but no mention you need to pay anywhere. And they charge ages 1 and under 3 times as much as ages 3-10. What was more sad was the unwillingness of their staff to help at all. 2nd bus schedule is not communicated so people end up waiting or taking the taxis. It was the last time nights when we went so granted things were busy but better communication would have been great. I called one day to check if we missed the bus and the sister operator just hang up on me...they need to improve their communication and have English speakers handy if possible.

I like the stay in the hotel, the rooms are really good and spacious, the breakfast is fairly good and the stuff is welcoming, I like also the service, whenever I call the reception and ask for something, they responded very quickly

The bus transportation to the Haram, it is useless, I strongly advise the person who will stay in the hotel not to rely on the hotel transportation, even if you will find the bus you will need to wait inside for at least 15 minutes which is waste of time and the bus will drop you in area call Ghazah which is far away from al Haram, alternatively you can take taxi which will drop you in Ajaad side. خدمه الباص سيئه جدا

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Violet Shisha hotel in Makkah's Aziziya area with our family of 6. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel offered excellent services, including a laundry facility and a kids' club that was a huge hit with our children! At an affordable hourly rate, we could drop off the kids while we went for Umrah, and they had a blast. The lady in charge was friendly and patient. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a variety of soups, salads, desserts, bread, juices, and daily changing main dishes. Our room was clean, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff at the reception were professional and responsive to our needs. The hotel's basement parking and nearby road parking were convenient, and the shuttle service to the Haram was a great bonus. With a barber and shop nearby, everything we needed was within reach. MashaAllah, our stay was truly enjoyable and great value for money. We highly recommend the Violet Shisha hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Makkah.

Hotel was Nice and New Staff was friendly

Location is not so close to Haram Sharif and not much Food options around the Hotel. This is to be at the back side of the Haram Sharif good thing is they do have a Bus service but bus drops you behind the Haram and it's a but of a walk. Everything els was good.

We booked the hotel very last minute during peak Umrah season in Ramadan, yet we still managed to get great rooms. Although the location is quite far from the Haram, the hotel offers a free shuttle every 30 minutes, which was extremely helpful. The bus ride typically takes around 10 minutes, but during busy times, traffic can delay it up to 20 minutes—so it’s best to plan ahead and catch an earlier shuttle. The main challenge was the language barrier, as most staff didn’t speak English, but translation apps made communication manageable. The staff were very eager to assist with anything, and the laundry service was excellent. The on-site restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, but the buffet offers a good variety of food.

Since I like quite place, this hotel has the location to offer where it’s far from the crowd.

The entire hotel looked beautiful. However I was disappointed that the shower was blocked and the sink was broken. The food was delicious and presented well. Just disappointed that in my last day flies were hovering over the salad. That really put me off. Transport was provided to get to Masjid Al Haram, no problem there. Coming back to the hotel was difficult as you gave no sign showing where the bus stop is for returning. We had to search for the bus at the bus depot which is quite large but poorly organised.
