hotel bus shutter schedule is not reliable....they need to get a new contractor for that service...sometimes the bus driver just change his mind not going......and the bus sometimes did not pick us up at the other end station...and we had to use taxi..no choice

The room at Makkah Al Aziziah was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a peaceful retreat during my stay. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel as a whole was exceptional, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout. Moreover, the hotel's location not far away from the Makkah made it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the holy sites. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the room, cleanliness, and location, making my stay at Makkah Al Aziziah truly enjoyable.

The only drawback was the slightly slow internet speed, which could be improved for better connectivity.

Good City location, accessible from anywhere, not your favorite one if you plan to pray 5 times in Al-Haram

It’s a bit far from the haram and during the last 10 days they stop the bus service and it becomes impossible to get to the haram

Amazing comfort and facilities at hotel.

Transport to and fro from Harm was difficult. Especially, returning to hotel and finding the hotel bus was extremely difficult. Some times we had to wait for 3 hours at bus terminal ( so chaotic) to find holiday inn bus.Although it was last 10 days of Ramadan period..

I booked Makkah Al Aziziah just few hours before arriving to Makkah, and it was the best choice, I was very lucky. they allowed us to check in at 12:00 pm as soon as we arrived, which was fantastic from the amazing reception team which was always helpful and welcoming during our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable, well organized, and equipped with everything we needed even an iron. I was always using the taxi to and from Al Haram, so I can’t rate the bus service. I would recommend Makkah Al Aziziah to all my friend and I would choose it again and again.

The shuttle bus not reliable...sometimes they did not take off eventhough they have the schedule just because the bus is not full ....and when you wait at the drop station...you will not be able to locate them...once i standby to find out why the bus cannot be located, i was surprise to see the bus actually making a u turn at the entrance of the dropby station because the driver doesnot wants to que at the station....cracy bus driver...i complaint to rhe front desk, the lady staff just brush me aside...

A lovely hotel about 10 minutes cab drive from Haram. Good facilities and very reasonably priced

We had a little issue at check in where our booking couldn’t be found on the system but the wonderful staff soon sorted it out and got us to our rooms

Everything was nice the staff at the front desk was great the ladies were very helpful the manager was both great I will come back again
