Very clean rooms, new furniture and hotel in general is wonderful. nice hospitality in the reception (flavoured iced water and Arabic coffee free all the time). Beds are very comfortable. Room service is responsive and nice people. For such price, It's really really recommended.

Shuttle bus from Haram wasn’t reliable even in the prayer times. we used to pay a lot to have private taxi/Uber. one day we wanted to return back after Ishaa with bus from Haram to hotel, Reception replied: you have to inform us before because bus isn’t available if you didn’t take it to Haram ☹️. Check in took a little bit more time due to mistake between hotel system and booking. If you a tired from long trip then every minute is really count. I would recommend to offer more frequent busses to/from Haram, It will be awesome.

The staff is exceptional, the hotel is new and comfortable. -The Lady at the front desk was extraordinary, could speak fluent English, and went out of the way to help me with luggage storage (I even prayed for her at Haram) which made my stay extra-ordinary. Thank you very much. -Initially, I mistakenly took uber to another location of wirgan al noor (which was on google), the security officer Ahmed say this and personally took me in his car to wirgan alazizah. Best stay aware thanks to the professional Lady at reception and Ahmed, thank you, and see you InshAllah next time I am in Makkah.

The shuttle bus service was an issue from the Haram. I had to get taxi’s back However the shuttle bus service to the Haram was fine

It was so good I added another night, the rooms is spacious, cleaning is done thoroughly. I will definitely stay here again. Stay at this hotel you will not regret it! There’s a mosque in the same street, the mosque Al Harram is not even 10mins by taxi or shuttle. Staff is very friendly, thank you for everything!!!

In conclusion, while all three hotels offered comfortable accommodations, it was Hotel [Wirgan hotel Al Azizya] that truly stood out due to its outstanding receptionist service provided by [موفق الغامدي and other two receptionist a man and young lady ]. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience elevated the overall rating of this hotel to five stars. I highly recommend considering Hotel [Wirgan hotel Al Azizya] for your next trip if you value exceptional customer service delivered by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Forget to mention the two lovely gentleman in the lobby, The first is a coffee cup presenter and he was kind and the second is a perfumer . Far from masjid haram, but a shuttle bus is available

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and handled with great professionalism. Special thanks to the reception staff who facilitated our check-in smoothly, though we regret not remembering his name. The suite exceeded our expectations—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable furnishings and excellent soundproofing that ensured a peaceful stay. Housekeeping services were impeccable, maintaining the highest standards throughout our visit.

While our stay was delightful, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Room dining services were not always fully prepared, especially after midnight, with limited menu options available, which fell short of expectations. The coffee table in the lobby, a gesture of hospitality in our culture, was also not consistently available and could enhance the experience if offered at all times.

The shuttle bus was on first come first serve basis because there is only one trip. The schedule for the bus was also quite choked up. So it’s difficult to go for all five prayers using the shuttle bus. You have to have a plan B for shuttling to mosque.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with bright and airy rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and ensured a pleasant experience throughout the stay. The shuttle bus service was frequent and reliable, with friendly drivers—especially Abdul Hamid, the Egyptian driver, who stood out for his kindness. The large, air-conditioned coach added to the comfort of the service. Overall, the experience felt more like a 5-star hotel than a 4-star, which is rare in foreign countries when compared to UK hotel star ratings

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room was very clean, free parking, excellent air conditioner, comfortable bed, the breakfast is good, Al-Haram buses service, the hotel location. The room I took had a view of the sunrise; it was beautiful to see the sun rising from the mountain.

It's a minor issue: the kettle was not working, but they replaced it within 20 minutes.
