The reception was great and the lifts were very clean and swift. I have an encounter with the manager he is such an amazing guy. Almost everything was perfect.

The management should consider employing people that can speak English. This issue cut accross all the hotels in madinah and macca, How can a person at the information desk help people coming from around the world if not speaking English? Finally the WIFI was very poor and need to be checked. My kind opinion and insha Allah I will recommend this hotel for everyone is about 10 to 15mins from haram in taxi.

its very clean. cleaning staff come everyday for room cleaning! they are really friendly. receptionists are also very nice !

everything was fine but they haven’t got hotel shuttle for haram. the shuttle service they mentioned thats makkah free buses but that buses are always full so you need to get taxi for haram.

Staff in reception especially Gamila and boys also were amazing and very cooperative..fast checkin

Bad Smell in one of the room but they have changed to me and Bus was not frequent enough and drop off very far and long time to reach, they should improve Bus services to Haram

I love the place and management and also the staff always smiling helping asking me what I need all the time

The facility and furniture is so good the receptionist ladies were so helpful in both check in and check out

The location is so far from the Harram there are busses but only to the Haram nothing to Taneam area. There are not any drinking water inside the room
