Doesn’t have a transport system to Haram

Almost everything. Comfy beds, reasonably good breakfast. Shuttle service drop off and pickup point near Ajyad Makkah Makarim

Shuttle frequency. There is only 1 coaster (in beginning of Dec 2023). They have 2 shifts. But we couldn't find it. We used only once on return and it was also a mess as it's battery failed and we had to wait for technician and repair.

Very Clean and beyond my expectations! Staff are great and very helpful. The hotel entrance smells SO good 😊 Shuttle is available all the time to bring you to masjid haram!

The cleanliness... the room was ready... staff was friendly... parking..the lift will take ur car to the basement...Good experience...

The buffet at suhoor time... food was cold, variety was not there.. like no cereals, no milk, no toast, no pineapples, no fruits... so, it was not worthed it to have such items at SAR 55/- per person..

New clean Hotel, well designed Lobby Welcoming staff ,specially at the reception[ Ms Haya].I had the chance to check in and out on her duty time,fast and very kind Azizia area is well known ot its plenty of services

Little away from Masjid Alharam taxi trip of 50 SAR Uber Trip of around 30 SAR

Highly recommend the family suite. These are three rooms together for privacy and all are very spacious and modern. The lounge allows for relaxation for the kids while parents take rest in the rooms. The value for money is excellent. TV is fully equipped with internet to keep the kids busy. There is also a gym in the hotel.

The booking site says there is a sofa bed in the lounge which is not correct. It's a standard sofa. And there is no shuttle bus, but you can catch a taxi from right outside. There is also the local Makkah bus station 1 min up the road.

Every thing was more than excellent & more than I expected. Seriously all my words is not enough to thank them a lot for the hospitality / professionalism/ management. I would like to give a special thanks to all front desk staff f Specially : 1: Ayoub Ali 👍❤️❤️❤️❤️👍 2: Haya algshami👍🌹🌹🌹👍 for them help fixing my phones data when I asked them for help because I don’t know how to do it . I do appreciated from bottom of my heart. Also special thanks to 1: fatemah hariri 👍🌹🌹🌹👍 2: marwah alslty 👍🌹🌹🌹👍 At the front desk when I checked in for them professional job I advise any one looking for a best hotel with prices/ facilities/ treatment/ and more . I promise you and Go a head and reserve & stay @ HOTEL21 without thinking or worrying about anything you will not like I travel all year around to different countries & staying in different hotels but this hotel 21 is on my #1 hotels list. Transport to Haram not as promised

Staff are amazing everyone you see is smiling at your face, especially Mr. Amr at the buffet was very kind and Mrs. Haya at the reception, I had a small issue with calculations of my room fees, she solved it with accountant in a minute. Bus available to Haram following a predefined timetable. Breakfast was very good for me, variety of food, I liked mashed potato, falafel, juices and salads. Car Parking is good with many slots available at the period I travelled there. Hotel is in a very active area, lots of shopping centers and food shops.

Room 406 is a little bit tight, there is not much space, only ideal for sleeping. Transportation to Haram need reschedule to be more frequent. Room telephone system not working. Blend coffee shop need to adjust working hours to serve customers all early morning.
