Very easy check in the middle of night by person name Marwan 👋🏻😀 Thanks Bro! The room 1014 was clean enough to stay for 3nights with view of Clock Tower. Everyday they cleaned the room, bathroom & gave new water bottles. The 5 lifts work perfectly. There are many restaurants & shops nearby hotel. Taxi & Bolt Uber also easy access to reach to the hotel. Available Shuttle Bus back & forth Masjid Haram-Hotel. Relax Walking to the area Masjid is approx 8-10min. The hotel also close to Jarwal Bus Station, very easy access to get to the Airport or to Madinah is from this station.

Location with respect AlHaram AlMakki was quite far due to the maintenance and the construction beside AlSaha and the bus stop.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with high standard accessories,cozy beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff is proactive in replacing towels and maintaining cleanliness. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram via nearby streets, with taxis available 24/7 for easy access to Masjid al-Haram or Masjid al-Aisha Miqat, even at midnight. The staff, including the receptionists, are extremely helpful and accommodating to guests’ needs. A variety of restaurants, offering everything from fast food to traditional local cuisine, are within a 1-2 minute walk, serving fresh food around the clock.

Amazing Reception Staff. They ladies at front desk are super quick and ultra efficient. Overall it's a very good property

Housekeeping Service needs improvement. I observed there was lot of dirt under the beds. So cleaning needs further checks The shuttle service to Haram is of not much use. Walking from Ramada to Haram takes 22 minutes and if you use shuttle service then one has to walk for 16 minutes. Hence having a shuttle service that saves 6 mins is of not much use.

The trip was exceptionally well and it was an absolute value for money. Their standards were high and the quality of management was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful specifically the receptionist Atif was an incredible host. My stay was for Umrah and I pray that the hotel staff and everyone who made it a good and comfortable trip may be rewarded by Allah swt. Must visit as it is the best value for money!

Everything was good.

Locations is great given the price bracket. 10-15mins to Haram. Staff were great help, breakfast wasn't that good. Total value for money.

NB Don't get unlicensed taxis from Jeddah Airport. One guy dropped us on the highway saying all roads are closed. We have to Uber to get to our hotel.

The Receptionist,especially one female she was very helpful ,even tough we both had language barrier with the help of Apple translate she also communicated,I also communicated

Only thing I had a back foot was food ,there was no indian food there

The facilities were very good and staff was going out of their way to be helpful, Especially the Manager Mr Abdullah Mubarak

The shuttle was a bit far from the Haram but that is not the hotels fault but local authority has made them stop further away from the Haram

New clean hotel, elevators were enough for the visitors there were no crowded in lobby. Hotel workers were kind and very helpfully behaved to us. To haram it takes 15 minutes by walking using the anjum hotels escalators for shortcuts.
