For both breakfast and lunch, the glassware provided was plastic, which I found unexpected for a hotel restaurant. As a frequent traveler who typically stays in premium hotels, this level of service was disappointing. There also seemed to be a shortage of staff to attend to guests. We waited quite a while to get someone’s attention to request water, which was served in a plastic bottle—again, below expectations. Dirty plates were left piling up on our table with no one to clear them. Perhaps setting up a designated table for used silverware and dinnerware could help address staff shortages. Regarding the quality of the food, it was mediocre at best. There needs to be more variety and better flavor. On a positive note, the staff were polite and courteous in their interactions with us.

The staff would benefit from additional training to enhance their understanding and appreciation of diversity and the cultural uniqueness of the guests they serve. Emphasizing professionalism, courtesy, and avoiding stereotypes will help create a more welcoming and respectful experience for all hotel guests.

Closeness to airport was great and the view was nice. Hanan in the reception was GREAT, she was so helpful and gave us a wonderful room, recommendations for the city and support with transport everywhere. She was so nice. As a girl I felt like we could really be friends. Made my stay super comfortable and safe. Thank you Hanan.

Bathroom smelled a bit and was very cold, not much attention to detail there. No windows in the room was kind of stuffy.

The bed was comfortable, the room was in perfect size for me. I love the water pressure in the shower. The gym facility was just a few rooms away, on the same floor, which was so convenient for me. It was beyond my expectation that a hotel airport provide a gym. The room service was really good too. I ordered a club sandwich and orange juice for breakfast and they tasted good. I asked them to come at a specific hour and they came on time. It was a great experience.

One of the treadmills that overlooked the view broke down, which left only one. If it's not for the lady done using it, I would have to wait.

Only one Shuttle service to Haram. They should have atleast 2 on Friday and 3 for holiday season. I had to take taxi for going to Haram. Also frequency of shuttle is less as they have it only for Prayer times. It should be there atleast for every 2 hours

Best hotel for stay, room and other facilities were good.cooperative staff and huge looby to sit, outside area was also nice very close to airport. 4 time shuttle service to Masjid Nabwi SAWW as its is 20 minutes far from Haram by car Pick n drop service from hotel is available

Everything was good, the cleanliness of the rooms can improve a lottle bit but not major issues. Still exceeding expectations by far from the competitors.

Staff was very professional & friendly

The charges from the downstairs cafeteria (coffee & tea) was very high. The included breakfast was great but when we got refreshments later the price was very high - $32 riyal for a small coffee & tea. I feel hotel guests should receive a discounted beverages/refreshments.

The location is walking distance from the airport. Fatihma at reception was incredibly supportive and made the stay extra special for me and my family. The room and hotel is clean. Decorative for Ramadhan and is top quality. It's a very very good hotel and high standard service from all staff. The hotel operates free shuttle to the Haram and also the airport regularly. So you can a shuttle bus to the haram and back 5 times per day

The food at iftaar was left overs. They served old dinner and not fresh food. The fruit was not fresh and did not have any watermelon or decent food for sahoor. I think this was disappointing. The shampoo and conditioner products could do with some improvements

What a saver..my flights were delayed and I arrived very late at the Madinah airport, staff sent immediately a free pick up from the airport and exceptionally extended by checkout so that I can rest further.. both day and night staff are extremely professional and polite!! Room was very comfortable after such a bumpy tide!!! The facilities are shiny clean! Amazing one night stay thanks everyone!

The hotel meets the criteria of 5 stars. Staff members are friendly and polite with spirits of going the extra mile ,Miss Ghadir is example of that.Nice breakfast collection, cleanness is good and no parking problems.

I believe the hotel rooms need an upgrade and renovation.
