First of all, the location of this RV park is amazing. We went to visit the Redwoods and surrounding area. It is right in the middle of the forest. It was recently bought by a new owner. We actually have stayed at this owner's other property in Waldport, OR. With that being said, he is planning on renovating and making positive changes and updates to the park. If you have an RV or trailer, you will be extremely satisfied with the hookups and locations throughout the park. We rented Studio 1 which features a queen size bunk bed and a kitchenette. We really just needed a fridge but was nice if you wanted to cook and use the kitchen for those purposes. It also has a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The mattress was very comfortable. When we arrived, the room does NOT have a built in AC unit. The day we arrived, the weather was warmer than it typically is in the region. We were warm, but, Josh, the owner brought in a portable AC unit and we were super comfortable. He is planning on keeping the unit in the room to go in the window but due to the window sizes, they are going to have to do some work on the windows to accommodate the unit. With it and some fans, we were super comfortable and then the weather dropped down to cool temps to where it wasnt needed. Overall we were very happy and satisfied.

The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillows in which we always do when we travel. Also, they charge $20 for linens. That includes sheets, towels, comforter, and quilt. I think that should be part of the price of the accommodations and not be an upcharge because they are items that are needed unless you know to bring your own which I wouldnt have thought about beforehand. As I stated, it does not have an AC but he is planning to put it in there permanently. I would definitely think in the summer months, that would be needed for most people. My spouse is hot natured due to high blood pressure so an AC is needed most of the time anyway.

The property was perfect. Central location to all Redwoods.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our experience! This place is right in the middle of the redwoods. This is actually a community of tiny homes and RVs, that also has cabins and yurts for nightly rental. It was magical waking up in the redwoods and taking walks amongst adorable tiny homes. The cabin itself was really lovely, there was a kitchenette with a hot plate, and everything one might need to cook. There was a living room and a separate bedroom. Everything was just lovely, and check in and our was super easy. Wonderful place and wonderful hosts!

Honestly, nothing. I highly recommend a stay here, amongst the tiny homes, redwoods, and blanket of stars.

The location has very close proximity to the Stout Grove and Grove of the Titans. It was very clean and the other guests were friendly. We loved that it was dog friendly. The yurt was a unique experience.

The only thing about the Yurt is that it is a bit of a hike to the bathrooms. We were made aware of that by the staff before checking in so we did know ahead of time. But as someone who needs the bathroom a couple of times a night, a closer bathroom would be a bonus.

We liked the quietness and privacy. The room was comfortable and the little kitchen was very convenient and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable...we chose to bring in our own pillows, linens, and towels and that saved us paying extra for linens. We liked that we could park our truck right outside the room and felt safe and secure. The RV park is very beautiful with the trees, easy access from the road, and the staff were friendly.

The room has enough space to fit a small love seat or other seating besides a desk chair. We carried the little kitchen table and the two chairs into the living room so we could have more seating and watch TV. Extra seating will really make the room cozy and comfortable.

I liked that it was very close to the redwoods. We rented one of the cabins and it was great to have a private bathroom and kitchen. The room was well looked after and basic but clean. Parking just outside cabin was also great.

On the booking page it says linen for bedroom but it was at an additional cost.

the location buries you in the redwoods. The cabin I had was far from the highway, so very quiet. I loved that Stout Grove was so close by and it was super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

I thought I was getting a yurt. My best guess is that it's too early in the season and they aren't up yet, so I got a cabin right behind the office. That's fine, and it was huge for one person. Fully stocked kitchen and more than I needed but I prefer a pleasant surprise.

This was an absolutely blast. It was staying in a tent but much more comfortable. Setting was right in the redwoods and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

I didn’t like that the only showers for us to use were on the other side of the camp ground.

Yurt was nicer and better equipped than expected. Staff helped me with a broken car issue but....

Kinda silly having shower tokens. It first looked like the broken car issue would mean I would exceed my check-out by 4 hours, staff told me that it would cost an extra full day's rent, even though they also told me the yurt wouldn't be rented again for several days.
