Location near to the beach, comfy king bed size, free parking.. Everything is perfect, I'll definitely stay here again.

Nothing, just creepy lightning electric-static from the comforter fabric..me and my husband was freak out, our first experience.

Room clean... Staff honestly.... So far it's so good for long stay.... Gaia hotel care about us very carefully... I like all information from staff about Penang.. next time I will repeat again...

The bed was really comfy, and the AC worked well, which made the room comfortable overall. It was within walking distance of pharmacies, shops etc.

The space was quite small for two people with suitcases — it felt a bit cramped — and the street noise was quite loud at times, especially during the night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly charged a ‘government tax fee’, but the next morning the manager let us know this was a mistake. They refunded us and resolved the issue really quickly, which we appreciated. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It suited our needs for a short trip, but just be aware of the compact size and street noise.

Our stay at the GAIA Hotel was a delightful experience! As a group of five students, we prioritized having a private bathroom, and we were thrilled to find it met our needs perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station, making it easy to take the Rapid bus to Ferringhi Bay for just RM 1.40 per person. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, responding quickly to our inquiries. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this budget hotel; the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent! Overall, we highly recommend GAIA Hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Good WiFi and TV. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Thin walls. Windows open when we arrived so mosquitos in the room. Toilet seat needed replacing. Location not the best, few restaurants and other bits nearby on a busy road.

It was a cool place to retreat too after being a tourist for the day. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were just as I love them, soft!!! It was close by to some eating places which was great!!!

The shower could have been a bit hotter. A fridge in the room would have been beneficial!!!

Everything was fine. It was such a good place for family as the room is spacious and comfortable for us to relax. The staff were also helpful and kind. Just not our day as the electric from tnb turns blackout during our second night here, but it wasn't hotel fault.

As in all these cheaper properties the compromise is the bathroom where you can clean your teeth, go to the toilet and shower simultaneously:). Shower was new and gave continuous hot water:)

Overall was good...i dont really stay in the room coz most of the time i was exploring the island....a good place for me to sleep as i only came back late at night...my only hotel i love to stay when i reach Penang and stayed here since the previous management.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Gave us a few things for us to do to fill our day. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.

Slightly out of the way so had to rely on taxi’s or do what we did and rent a moped which is about 10/15 minute drive away.
