We stayed at Port Hotel with our family and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and professional service at both the reception and the restaurant. The evening turned out to be extra special – live music, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere. The kids loved the playgrounds, both indoors and outdoors – which meant peace of mind for the parents! In the morning, we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool, followed by an absolutely delicious and generous breakfast – available until 1:00 PM on weekends, which is a huge plus! We all loved it and will definitely come back!

Its location is perfect for travellers who want to avoid Riga on their way from or to Tallin. Although the restaurant was closed, we were able to buy nice cold beer from receptionist. Breakfast was delicious and we liked the surroundings to walk the dog.

There was a suspicious guy walking on the parking and taking pictures of parked cars and there was another guy accompanying him. I was told by the receptionist that their “visits” occurred regularly. He promised to have an eye on the parking so I and my wife slept peacefully.

Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, a pool was available, breakfast was varied and tasty, the hotel appears to be well maintained and staff were really nice and helpful.

The hairdryer overheats really quickly and could use a replacement. Optionally TV could be upgraded as it's a really small one with no smart TV capabilities. This doesn't prevent a good rating, however, as these are minor things.

Breakfast is absolute winner here. Beer lovers should try local Valmiermuiža, a bottle of which can also be purchased at the reception for after hours drinking in your room.

There was noise coming from the nearby highway, which affected my sleep in the early morning. I should’ve asked for a room with windows turned away from the road.

Dog- and kid-friendly hotel with free parking, good restaurant and pool, located right by the Riga-Tallinn highway. We had quiet family rooms facing the forest, slept with windows open and had a good rest. Comfy beds. The reception guy was really friendly and we were able to visit the pool with the kids. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a terrace. We had both dinner and buffet breakfast and were impressed with the quality of food. Tea kettle and tea sets provided in rooms.

The hotel is not cheap. There is a nice looking pine forest behind hotel, but barely any trails for walking. Our shower holder was broken.

Close to the main road so easy to find. At the same time quiet and relaxing. Nice surrounding area in the forest. Nice staff at reception. Very good restaurant and staff

Easy location, free and large parking place. If you are with dogs, there is decent size nice area to walk with them. Breakfast was good and receptionist was friendly. Spot to sleep one night.

As always, pet fee is almost more than room price for two. (if you have 3 dogs) But there are few other hotels nearby, where prices are even more higher or worst case you need two rooms

Comfortable location when on a road trip. Interesting interior design. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to the awesome receptionist, we got to go to the spa area even if we hadn't booked a time in advance! The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. We have stayed in this hotel several times during the last few years, and all the options we tried from the restaurant menu were exceptional. This time, I had lamb rumb steak, and it was the most tender meat I have ever eaten.

Parking, fast checkin, easy checkout

breakfast starts at 8, which wasn't particularly convenient as I was in a hurry.

The hotel room was clean and cozy, comfortable enough to get good sleep off after all day driving.

You can hear everything from the next room. Because of no noise cancellation I will not book this hotel again.
