Especially the price for the rooms are very low..So I like to suggest this property to all who need budget friendly cottages & rooms..Also the location of the hotel situated right on the heart of the kumarakom villege.. boating, Bird sanctuary all entertainment very close to this property..Thank all for ur great hospitality

The Hotel restaurant was excellent and was reasonably priced, but the food was absolutely out of this world..it was absolutely value for money. The karimeen tawa fry & pomfret mappas was incredible ! I would come back just for that, alone!"

Pearlspot is ideally located for exploring the beautiful nature of the backwaters. The bird sanctuary is just across the road, and all kinds of boat rides can be arranged in the village just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The surroundings have a real village feel, and we were able to walk along the river banks to see the nature, people and houseboats while feeling very safe. A more relaxed and convenient experience than staying in Alleppey, if you are coming to explore the backwaters. Food options for lunch and dinner were great - lots of options, good price and very tasty. The owner is also super nice and accommodating. The room was just as advertised, spacious and with good A/C, and there was a later check out (12pm) than many other places which is amazing if you're getting up at 6am for a sunrise boat ride!

We were a little disappointed at the breakfast options which were included in the price of the room

Especially the Entire Service crew was awesome.. They suggested their trademark dishes with us like Duck Mappas, Chicken Menani & Mushroom coconut fry etc.. But it was mouthwatering dishes..

The Room was neat & tidy.. Also the tariff of the rooms is very low(budget friendly).. Thanks.. Must come again with my family & friends

The managers were able to do follow ups and allow late check in . The girl in restaurant service was good and tried her best to serve on time.

The wifi was really trashy !! The staff didn’t know the password. The front office staff were generally unfriendly in expressions. The restaurant service was super slow.

I booked for standard deluxe..but the manager there upgraded my room to super deluxe..because of some maintenance issue...and this is what I got..wow .loved it..I didn't have to pay a penny extra The place is very neat and tidy..nice room service and awesome food. Food was very delicious.( must try )

No fan regulator... Improve Quality Tea/coffee bags... Reception call facility from room. More staff when rush comes.
