We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless and beautifully kept, and the place had all the essentials to make us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to both the metro and bus stops, which made exploring Rome super easy. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and shared so many helpful tips on what to see and do, which really made our trip special. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the staff were all so friendly. We truly felt taken care of. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Rome – and we’ll definitely be staying here again!

The location is perfect. There's a direct train from the airport and you can get to the centre of the Colosseum in 20 min from the accommodation (8 min by metro + walk to the metro). There are several shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The accommodation was clean. The beds are rather soft, so it depends on what suits you.

The only thing we didn't really like was that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear through them. When other guests from other rooms were leaving early in the morning or arriving at night, you could hear everything and it can be disturbing to some. We didn't have noisy neighbors so it was all fine.

Balcany in my room was great. We could see the street and people and other buildings. I would encourage Mr. Giaonni to rent this room to foreigners because they can firsthand experience the charm of Rome and Europe. After-all people come to Rome and Europe to experience the local culture and life. Right? Also that charming Bristo and bar which was just forty meters from the property. It is visited by the locals and the food, espresso and vibes were superb. We visited the place for the 2-3 times for breakfast and every time we saw the same local people at the same table. Wonderful!

For international travellers coming from Asia the check-in could be earlier. The flights coming from Asia land early morning in Rome.

- The room was large and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. - The balcony was a nice addition and quite useful. - We enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere thanks to other quiet guests.

- Communication with the owners was very challenging. They rarely responded to my messages and seemed to ignore my special requests, which I mentioned multiple times. - Most responses were automated and did not address my inquiries, making the check-in process quite cumbersome. - While the apartment was comfortable, it felt more like a hotel room setup, which wasn’t the most pleasant experience. - The bathroom could use significant improvements, from the hand soap dispenser to the shower setup.

We stayed there for four nights and it was perfetto. Really nice decorated rooms, even the balcony was nice decorated with lights. The breakfast we had in front of the room - in the kitchen with four tables and with the best service ever, ever, ever - Corine. She was so helpful with good tipps for the city, nice talks and unexpected surprises like an orange juice. She also could read our wishes from the eyes - we thought coffee-she already brought one. It was clean, next to the metro Re die Roma. We walked every day from there into the city. Thanks for this nice time🌸

We tend not to spend a lot of time in our rooms, but this one was nice to come back to. We liked our room, which although not huge was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. We especially appreciated our little balcony where we could enjoy a coffee or a wine. The building is peaceful and quiet. The shared kitchen was useful, although we only ate there once. Communication with Vikey was good and our check-in and out went smoothly. Unfortunately, the Metro was not running during our stay, but when it is, it looks straightforward to get around the city.

Everything was perfect! There you have all you need. In a hotel you don’t have all this facilities like coffee, full kitchen, a beautiful acquarium, silence, very close to the metro station, many restaurants, supermarkets near by and the acces in the building is very easy with the virtual key. Very clean everywhere, the cleaning is made every day, the host is very sociable, disposable, offering you good advices. I would definitely come back to this B&b because the experience was amazing.

I’ve been in Rome more than 10 times for the last 18 years and I rarely have stayed at places as good as RomAntic Dreams Guest House. The location is perfect, because it’s very close to the city centre with all the places of interest, museums, etc., only 3 metro stops on the line A. At the same time the hotel is far from the crowded areas of Rome, located in a very nice, tranquil and safe neighbourhood with very good restaurants, bars, gelaterias, supermarkets, etc. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and spacious, all the premises are clean and well equipped with all you may need for a short or longer stay in Rome. We stayed in Room 4 and had even a nice balcony, ideal for relax after the long daily walks around the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight and they let us leave our luggage at the apartment long before the check-in time. We had the good chance to meet the hosts who are charming young people that maintain the property with love and care. I will stay there again with great pleasure and highly recommend the place to all future visitors of Rome!!!

What a fantastic stay. Our trip to Rome would not have been the same, if it was not for this place, and the hosts. The room was amazing, with great bathroom. We felt at home, as soon as we arrived. The hosts gave us fantastic recommendations for eating, getting around Rome and where also of great service when we had questions during the day. We will visit Rome again, and we will stay here again if possible.

great place, everything was very clean, wonderful special atmosphere, very friendly hosts, they are always happy to help with any question, we were allowed to leave our suitcases after check-out and pick them up in the evening, it helped us a lot! We will definitely come back again!!!!! The room had everything we needed! I am delighted! I advise everyone to stay here! The metro is three minutes away, grocery stores are nearby, a good area!
