The location was in the center of kuta. Very close to the restaurants etc. If you rent a bike somewhere you can reach every beach well. Clean swimmingpool and nice people. Breakfast was also really good. Some days there was a buffet and other days a menu with a lot of options. You can get a 60 minute massage for only 125k at the hotel and it was really good. Overall very good hotel, especially for that price.

The wifi often didn’t in the room.

JM Hotel was a in a great location, though it was in a cheaper part of town the Hotel was fantastic, restaurant and bar prices matched those in the immediate area and were great value. The pool was great and, generally, the facilities were adequate. The staff were very friendly and took the time to call us by name.

The WiFi was patchy, we found that we could only connect from the dining area, also the internet was via a corporate portal, which we found tiresome. The TV seemed to be operating on analog channels only and was fuzzy and full of noise.

Good range of accommodation choices; the slightly quirky rooms in the front building, the rooms by the pool, and the individual bungalows out the back (our fave option). Bathtubs are a nice feature in the bungalows. Beds comfy and cosy (clean sheets, cosy duvets). AC works well (no fans, though). Good choices on the menu for breaky (nasi goreng, muesli, eggs, 'big breaky', fluffy pancakes, toast, etc). The pool is clean & refreshing. The gardens are pleasant, and there's a feeling of spaciousness around this place. Staff are lovely. We've stayed here a few times. JM's is simple, no frills, but good value for money, in a practical location. Easy walk eastward to Kuta front beach (via a delicious coffee at Mushroom Espresso) & to the west to Kuta main street (shops, cafes, restaurants, etc).

It's not a new or boutique hotel, so as can be expected, some areas (tiles, grout, corners, etc) aren't sparkling clean. But the staff work well with what they've got. It's generally clean overall.

Fantastic location and Deluxe Rooms huge 😁 I got upgraded by Amy (Reception) to a Bungalow out the back very beautiful gardens. Amy at Reception so helpful and great English she was always very bubbly and happy and loves her job and work colleagues 🙏 Gave me advice on where to go so helpful 😁🙏 Breakfast very good 👍

When Pool pump not working and no pool 🙈 smoking in Restaurant 😔

Wow what a great stay! Center of town but tucked away. The staff gave us a HUGE room with great AC and even decorated the bed for our anniversary. Always smiling at us and the pool was very refreshing.

Breakfast was OK. It’s a buffet every other day and if you come close to the end of service expect for it to be very picked over.

First room assigned was smelling really bad, had a lot of mold and was not well cleaned. However as soon as we exposed the situation to the staff another room was assigned for us, in perfect conditions. The staff was really nice. The pool was really pleasant and the location perfect! Also the breakfast was very good!

Awesome stay, room was big enough for my daughter to crawling around, we had a balcony room which is facing the pool and it was beautiful view from up there :)., staff was very kind and very helpful .. food is tasty too :) . Thank you guys for having us ..

Receptionist and other members of stuff are very polite.

To improve the facilities, the rooms should have a more maintenance / painting and decorating, drain cleaned, and shower head descaled regularly. Swimming pool also need attention, as the water is murky.

Great location right in center walking distance to ATMs, shops and supermarket and beach! Super friendly staff. Really nice pool. We had a nice bungalow was clean comfy beds. Lunch dinner and drinks were yummy breakfast was mid

Good quality rooms and bungalows at a fare price. Best value for money in Kuta. They want their customers to be satisfied and will do all what they can if you complain a little bit. They upgraded me in a better room the 2d night as I had no water the day before.

Too bad with the Penny-pinching on food (breakfast). They finally served me a real fruit juice after I had found their orange juice was only sugar and colorant and they added a 2d egg and some margarine as one egg and chewy toasts were not correct. Nice and agreable personal but a bit limited for efficiency and English at the restaurant
