Villa Misk is a newly open hotel after renovation - the equipment, furniture and arrangements are totally new. All rooms and a bathroom are modern, clean and comfortable. Kichenette is well equiped. The manager and staff are very helpful and react immediately to any guests requests and suggestions. Especially ready to help is Cris. The location is very good, close to the Corniche, city center and a few malls (walking distance). The surrounding area is very safe.

I got an apartment for two rooms in the first floor, it was a comfortable with a nice design. The staff was very helpful and the location was close to the sea, supermarkets, restaurants and Alshatea mall.

The accommodation was very well priced for what it offered. The check-in staff had problems with English (as I have problems with Arabic) but we worked through them.

The WiFi was intermittent and kept disconnecting or not connecting at all. The pool wasn't a pool, rather a paddling area for toddlers and was visible to everyone in reception. (not ideal)

Staff are friendly and the location is not far from the centre. Fully furnished with kitchen.

The swimming pool is too small and no central heating to warm the water. Price is slightly high compared to the value received.
