The room was very clean and recently remodeled (especially the bathroom and shower!), the bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, and the Wi-Fi was fast. All for an extremely reasonable and affordable price. The location was fine, not sketchy at all like some other motels, and close to everything I needed. Really, if you're just looking for a place to comfortably sleep at night, this place is a fantastic value.

Checking in through the bank-teller style window was a little odd, but I understand it, and it didn't really bother me or inconvenience me in any way.

It seemed to have been remodeled. Comfortable bed. Cold a/c and was clean for the most part.

Hair in the tub and on the towels. Shower water pressure was very weak. Run down swimming pool half full of nasty water but it was fenced and locked gate going to it. Behind the rundown pool house was trash everywhere like homeless people been eating and empty pill bottles on the ground. Next door neighbor (a teenager) trying to bump a cigarette).

The property in all honesty was very good and the room was beautiful. The location was only 7 minutes from my destination so it was overall good. The staff was really excellent. I got there at 5am for my check in and he came out and got me checked in even though it was few hours before check out. He also granted me late checkout for 1pm instead of the normal 11am. Very excellent customer service. I’ll be staying there next weekend for my next trip in town.

My only negative about the stay was the fact that the bathroom ceiling in my room is falling out and it’s kinda scary to be in a strange place with a hole in the ceiling.

The room was clean and well stocked. Two sets of towels, two soaps, two shampoos, a microwave oven, small fridge with freezer, coffeemaker and decent sized tv with working remote. The water got hot and the air conditioner blew cold. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels (2-5x the price) which did not have all these amenities or had something wrong with the facilities. It is clearly not a lot city hotel and if you need a bar area or breakfast or luxurious lobby or meeting rooms this is not the place. However, the place was secure, parking lot clean and well lit, decent neighborhood and the staff were friendly and efficient. No charge for parking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Really I don’t think anyone would be disappointed especially for the price. I was very pleased in all respects.

It was an unexpected pleasure. Kevin checked us in & was very nice. My g'dau had to use the restroom, he gave the room key to her as i checked in. Later I had left my trunk unlocked & he can to the room to tell me. He appeared very concerned & I was so appreciative!! The beds were wonderful, sheets so soft! VERY clean, esp bathrooms. Did feel real safe! Would stay here again! Highly recommend!!

The only thing was the towels. Thry were Small, hard, & I left one on the counter to show it was torn, with big holes, in 3 places. That is all

We arrived earlier than the check in time and rooms were given to us. The Manager was able to provide directions and attend to issues that i had. The location was also close to my business venue.

There was no provision of kitchen items or cutlery. This can be provided based on request at the reception. The items at the reception for purchase was quite limited. Cleaning had to be based on request

I stay here because of how quiet the hotel is. There’s not a bunch of noise, or people running up and down hallways. The room is always fantastically clean, and the staff is always more than accommodating! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I had coming to visit!

I don’t like that sometimes only have decaf coffee, or that the coffee cups are seemingly from other hotels. It is obvious that this place is being brought back to life, so I am not really bothered by having to go get my own coffee.

Extremely comfortable, large bed. Spacious room. Quiet and felt safe. Easy check-in from the friendly and helpful owner.

Some warmer light bulbs would be good. Lights were quite white/harsh. A couple of armchairs/sofa and a coffee table in the corner would be a great addition, so there's somewhere to sit other than the bed. It would be wonderful to see the pool renovated too and in action with some sun loungers!

We liked having a fridge freezer and microwave. Good phone et cetera charging facilities. Glad to have net curtain.

A bit too far from town to walk, the bus was infrequent and did a long tour around. Normally we would have driven but there was a festival on making that difficult.

The staff was great! Very clean! Pleasantly surprised because of the price.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I was worried when I saw the picture of the outside wondering if it was going to be bad, but the outside was clean too! We only stayed for about 10 hours to sleep on a trip, but if we were staying in the area, I would stay longer!
