He is truly one of the best team members I’ve come across not just a staff member but someone who blends naturally into every situation and goes the extra mile to help. He offered me the best options and prices making my stay even more comfortable. I raised some concerns about my room and he took them seriously. Within just 10-15 minutes he resolved everything just as he promised. I'm truly happy with the service I received at this hotel. As someone from the hospitality industry and a former Taj Group employee I must say I’m genuinely impressed. Highly recommended especially if you ever need anything just ask Anthony

I would like to mention a concern. Unfortunately, the surprise I planned for my boyfriend was revealed too early by the staff member who assisted with the luggage. If the surprise had been kept until he entered the room, it would have been an unforgettable moment for us.

Radisson Red is a great place to stay! I really liked the location: a quiet, cozy area in Digital Park, where it's peaceful, but at the same time, all the major city attractions are within easy reach. It's perfect because it's not as crowded and noisy as the city center, yet getting anywhere in the city is very convenient, both by taxi and public transport. The staff deserves special mention — very friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is great, and the hotel atmosphere, with its pleasant scents, creates a cozy feel. There are many restaurants and cafes around, which is very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised that pets can stay for free — a huge plus!

This hotel is a gem, beautifully designed, spotless rooms that feel like a piece of art! Staying here was such a fun experience. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials: hairdryer, flip-flops, towels, a safe, hot drinks, and more. Plus, there’s a lovely pool on the 6th floor to relax and unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Anchonay and Terry at reception, they were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. In the evening, you’ll find plenty of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Eventho it’s not in downtown Dubai but you have everything you need in Silicon Oasis. Staff were amazing, it was my mom’s birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake! Love the rurals in the hotel too, it gave us the modern anf energetic vibes. The PingPong table was fun too, my parents enjoyed it so much as it reminded them when theyre young

When we stayed, the rooftop bar and pool was closed but it was summer anyway so I look forward to bring my family back when its cool down and bring them to the rooftop bar and pool. The hot water takes long time to come out and the AC was on 18 degrees but it doesn’t feels like 18 degrees.

very professional staff, shout out to Jocelyn, Sarah and Chef Meliton for making our breakfast experience extra special. One lady from reception is also very friendly and we appreciate they accepted early check in when there are rooms available, and late check out, where possible. The hotel is spotless, spacious and has valet parking. also the location is peaceful so a great place for staycation with furbabies. Hotel bed is really comfortable too. And the hotel is pet friendly which is a big plus for me, will definitely come back.

The entire place is amazing considering the nature of the business is mainly offices and the hotel primarily caters to business traveller's. My daughter had a dance workshop to attend to and the school being nearby ,we had opted for this hotel and we did not have very high expectations to begin with . This hotel surprised us from the start . We were provided option of early checkin ,the people at the reception were truly amazing , the breakfast was good ,fresh and as my daughter had to leave early ,they even packed up food for her. Request for room cleaning was very prompt and efficient. The best part was the roof top lounge with euro 24 going on ,the place used to be transformed every night . Special mention to vamsi taking care of the drinks . Special mention to Milton/ Sarah for the breakfast and the entire front desk team. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again

Everything was good

Mostly everything. But mainly because it is pet friendly and what good about it is that there is no additonal charge for the pet. You just need to deposit 300 and it’s refundable upon check out. We loved our stay since our dog can roam around in most of the area except the pool. They even provide dog bed and bowl. The location is superb! Beside the hotel is the Dubai Digital Park. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and walking distance Carrefour. You can even walk your pet around the area. Interior design is unique and artsy. I love it. Quick response from room service and accomodating staffs.

Rooms are not soundproof. We were placed on the 2nd floor, which is above the bistro and it happened to have a live band night so the loud noises and music can be heard in our room. For the breakfast, they have limited options, mainly just the usual menu.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are unmatched. Whether it’s answering questions, handling check-ins, or just brightening your day with a smile, they go above and beyond every time. Truly a dream team at the front desk —thank you both for making the experience outstanding!

Wasn’t keen to commit to buffet breakfast everyday so ate out. Did enjoy eating at Jones the grocer but sadly no discount for hotel stay. Staff very friendly and helpful except we did ask for corkscrew to open a bottle of wine and still waiting. Had to fetch one ourselves from bar at the pool.

Ran out of toilet paper and was not replenished. Had to ask for more then given a refill for the tissues. Also faceclorh was removed and never replaced.
