It really needs refurbishment. No proper kitchen. You need to pay for the bedsheets in cash, why? Just incorporate it to the price, as always.

Loved the location, easy to walk to transport if you needed or through the old town streets to the main parts of Athens. I walked a lot! It was quiet and off the main road. Yes it was the basement studio apartment but I still had lots of natural light and almost a mini backgarden but no one ever walked that street or looked in. The shower was so powerful and hot, small but did the job. The bed was large and comfortable. Easy access to the key and check in.

Could have done with a more modern key but not the end of the world. You could hear people coming through the door but it never woke me up. The AC was loud so couldn’t sleep with it on. I didn’t have any cash for the towels and linen but not sure why they would charge extra because who’s bringing their own bedding with them? Just add the cost to the overall price.

Smooth chack in, even we came early. Location is very good.

The host, Ariadni, is very welcoming and extremely helpful. She responds almost immediately and quickly finds solutions for anything you might need. The apartment is perfectly located for sightseeing, especially for Acropolis. It is also in the close vicinity of many tavernas, restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and pattiseries. The apartment itself is perfectly clean, has all amenities you might need for a short stay, but is a bit on a budget side. We enjoyed it a lot and have no complaints what-so-ever 👍

Bath tub is a bit inconvenient, especially for older people (our father of 80 years was with us), but otherwise fine

There was no parking anywhere. Parking was awful everyday. They didn’t change our towels even though we put the sign out to do so. There is an extra $12 euro charged for linens in addition to everything you already paid.

The property is located within walking distance of the Acropolis and the central part of Athens, which is a very convenient location. The entrance to the building is safe and secure. Free wifi. The flat was clean, spacious, and lovely to stay in. A self-contained kitchen, bathroom, and all amenities (fridge, microwave oven, French coffee pot were available as described. I especially appreciated the coffee from the host, which was a great treat for the early morning. The bedroom was cosy and the bed was soft - everything you need after a tiring day. The shower cubicle and the toilet were of a small size, but this was not a big deal for me. I had to add a few Euros for towels, which I was happy to pay. The host provided detailed instructions and was always available via text or phone. Overall, it was a great stay in Athens thanks to the host.

Central location. Very easy to find a bus or get a taxi to come here and drop off. Sort of out of the way, but in a small neighborhood. There are stairs to get to the elevator, which is very small. We were offered the garage space, but when I told the owners I was parked out front they said it was fine to leave the car there, which was super helpful.

No one there at all when I checked in. My adult daughters were not happy with having to pay extra for towels, 4 euro each. This seems to be an issue all over Athens, but the lack of accessibility for disabled folks, like me, was a small issue. I should have asked about stairs, I was not expecting to climb stairs to get to an elevator. Also, there was paint missing in in the larger bedroom. Kind of looked like a map of Europe, but maybe I was being hopeful.

Ariadni was very friendly and replied quickly to all our messages. The location of the apartment is very good, close to the centre. The apartment is pretty spatious, has two balconies - one for drying clothes and one where two people can sit outside for a glass of wine. The view is not superb, but it is still nice. Getting there and getting in the apartment were very easy. There are two air conditioners. We were provided a cot in perfect shape for our son.

We missed a few simple things which would have made our stay a bit more comfortable: a bit more equipment in the kitchen, a proper looking frying pan, more plates... Also, more sockets and some of them in better positions would have been great. There is a big built-in cupboard in the bedroom, but it only had like 5 hangers and no shelves for our clothes and stuff. Just small things, which would have been so great to have! Also, please note that towels and linen are not provided unless you pay extra. This piece of information we missed in the description, TBH, for me this kind of thing was really unexpected. However, we received a message before arrival so we could order them.

Host - super friendly, always available via WhatsApp, very easy communication, guidance for entering the property, etc. Location - couldn't be better, every major landmark/attraction is in a walking distance from the apartment. Even though neighborhood doesn't look the greatest, it is nice and quiet location, yet very close to everything important. Parking - there is garage in the same building as the apartment, perfect if you travel by car. Apartment - apartment itself and things inside are not the newest, nor in the best condition, but it has everything you might need for a few days stay. It is clean, you get new linen and towels (you do have to pay for it tho, 5 EUR/person), you have a big kitchen, clean bathroom, balcony and two big rooms. Wi-Fi - Very good, stable and fast. Overall - Really nice experience, thanks to the host and a great location, it is really worth the money!

Not really that I didn't like it, just a side note about the apartment itself - condition of some elements is poor, like some of the shelfs in the kitchen, lamps and floor in general. It could use some renovating, but once again, it's not really a big deal and we had a wonderful time despite it.

It was a wonderful trip to Athens. Especially we enjoyed the hotel. Situated at a very center of the city, 15-20 min walking to Akropol. Well designed, not much noisy surrounding, perfectly furnished, with good facilities, pleasant staff( special thanks to Ariadni!!!).. However you should know, that we visited this place in winter and it was chilly enough there. in Greece you most likely can find a hotel with conditioner rather than with external all the day heating. This is the south. To us it was not a surprise. So we are happy with this accomodation and definetely stay there again when come back to Athens.

The elevator starts not from the ground floor so you should lift your suitcase up yourself several steps. But it is about the building and to us is not essential.May be strange organization of the bathroom . But all this is nothing to compare with the benefits!!!
