The hotel is located very strategically, in the center of Syracusa but overlooking the sea, near the main streets and in less than 10 minutes from the island of Ortigia. The room was clean, spacious, organized with all the needed amentities and the bed very comfortable. But we believe that the most important aspect and advantage for this hotel was Lia. She was amazing! From the beginning she arranged for us a parking valet service, since we would be coming by car and needed a safe location to park it. Then after she proposed many restaurants in the area of all types, since I’m a bit picky, she recommended afresh other restaurants that would fit my eating habits better and offered even to book the restaurant for us. After we left, and after we talked about us continuing our vacation in Taormina, she even took a step further by sending us recommendations for Taormina! What can we say? Amazing at her job, cares about her visitors, and takes the hotel to the next level!!!!

Even before our arrival, the contact via Whatsapp was very friendly. On site we were welcomed by Lia, she and her colleague Siria are very friendly and courteous and speak excellent English. We were given lots of tips for sights and restaurants and felt very welcome. That's how service works! The room was large, clean and cosy and had a beautiful view. Location perfect close to the bus station. A clear 10/10, we would come back anytime!

Everything! Staff is super helpful, cannot remember if had any experience like this before. Bed, pillows, shower, the smell of freshness in the room, and of course spotless cleanliness - this all made our stay very comfortable. Location is nice - close to train and bus station, and historical centre, at the same time the street is not crowded therefore not noisy. Parking also available. Very nice terrace with a sea view.

Nothing that I can call "did not like", but you should not be surprised by the external view of the facility and surroundings, all the beauty is hidden inside. Sound insulation is not very strong, but it is very common for "old" part of Europe. Also, the terrace is closed at night.

Lia at reception is an absolute doll and made our stay exceptional. She arranged activities for us, called taxis and overall made our time in Siracusa a wonderful experience. If we needed anything, she was at our service! How nice is that?! The hotel is new on the inside and super clean and modern, and a great value. We had a room with a sea view and a small balcony, which we really didn't use because the rooftop terrace was available with a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace and cost only €8. What a bargain! Even though the hotel is on the other side of the bridge from Ortegia, where most of the action is, it's just a short 7 minute walk.

Everything was wonderful

Great room with a balcony and en-suite bathroom with double shower. Breakfast was taken on the upstairs terrace on top of the building with a chose of crossiants, eggs and fruit. The terrace had great views over looking the Med. Only a 10 minute walk from the beautiful island of Ortigia where most tourists go to enjoy and relax. The staff were superb in every way and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is in a convenient location, walking distance to Ortigia, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Everything in the hotel is brand new, and the host is exceptional, you cannot find a nicer person if you tried. She helped us book private day trips, source the best local food and explained the best town spots on a map. The day tours she organised were much better than what you can book online using local guides with excellent prices.

Everything is great about the property, when you first arrive you might see a few warehouse looking stores and be slightly worried about the location, but you will quickly realise your worries are for nothing, and the location is great, safe and accessible to everything in a short walking space.

The staff was extremely friendly! My boyfriend lost his wallet and the staff helped us to make calls and also offered help to get the police report. It is located on a not-so-beautiful street but it is still very close to the center and everything can be reached by foot. Our room did not have a nice view (the window looked towards the inner yard) but it was very modern and extremely clean. The bed was also very comfortable. We also had some trouble with the valet parking and they gave us the money back. Overall, because of bad luck we did not have the best time in Siracusa but the hotel staff did their best to improve our stay! Would come back!

Stayed there for two nights during a road trip through Sicily with my Fiancée. Perfectly situated right outside and a short walk to Ortigia. Well maintained Air B & B, comfortable, clean room with modern facilities. Best shower I had in Sicily! The staff Siriya and Lia, their hospitality went above and beyond and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking wasn’t too bad and staff was willing to help with any issues or lack of parking. Breakfast on the rooftop Terrance was solid, with great views. If we go back to Syracuse we will absolutely stay here, no need to look anywhere else !

Wow we were so impressed with this hotel. The cleanliness, the location and the staff were all amazing. Really helpful with any enquiries we made and assisting with booking trips and even all the information we needed for the local bus services. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was such a delight with the staff being so attentive and happy. The room was fresh, modern and clean and the location was perfect being so close to Ortigia, the bus station and train station

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that a receptionist kindly carried our suitcase up the stairs to the first floor. Although we had reserved a paid parking space nearby, the staff kindly found us a free spot right in front of the building, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, which was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Nothing particularly bad—overall, it was a pleasant stay.
