Breakfast is the unbelievable best! We enjoyed eating it for 4 days!! The staffs were so friendly and helpful!!!! We love them!! The location is the perfect place to stay! We glad that we picked that hotel over Oia or Fira! It's pretty quiet and less crowded!

Perfect sized hotel in the best location possible in Santorini, halfway between Fira and Oia, right on the trail path and offering fantastic view, including the mythical sunset. The staff is calm and yet very reactive and professional, the food is delicious.

Nothing related to the hotel but keep in mind Santorini is packed in the Summer and can be windy.

Fantastic service, with amazing humans running the place - starting all the way from the front desk to the people by the pool and helping with room service. The team makes an effort to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast in the room is a wonderful idea, and a fantastic addition to the visit. The place is well located to both observe the sunrise and the beautiful Santorini sunset all from the comfort of the resort without too much effort. It is also located slightly farther away from all the crowded places, making it a quite haven and a true slice of paradise.

Given the location, connectivity to the other parts of Santorini are either quite expensive or hard to come by, depending on the season. A better idea would be to either hire a vehicle or talk to the front desk about getting a cab ahead of time.

The entire staff made themselves available for all of our wishes and needs. Without fail always asked if there is anything else. Manny the assistant manager addressed promptly any concerns. Chris the head waiter at the Fly Away Restaurant made himself available beyond his duties as our waiter in this 5 star restaurant.

Many of the rooms were not handicap accessible due to the location. I suspect many of hotels on this island are not equipped with elevators. The price you pay for the spectacular views both sunrise and sunset

Very expensive for the value offered. The private pool with the view is amazing but room is too small for the price they ask. And privacy sometimes depends too much on the quality of the neighboors

Loved the location away from the busy villages yet near enough to get to the main attractions. The view of the Caldera was possibly the best in the island and sunset from the terrace to our room was queue-worthy

I had the most enchanting stay at West East Suites in Santorini! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was captivated by the elegance and beauty that surrounded me. The private infinity pool offered a serene oasis where I could unwind and soak in the stunning vistas. The staff's genuine hospitality and willingness to cater to every need truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was enjoying a delectable meal at the on-site restaurant or simply gazing at the mesmerizing sunsets from my balcony, every moment felt like a cherished memory in the making. West East Suites provided me with an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return to this paradise on my next visit to Santorini. This is undoubtedly a destination for those seeking a magical and indulgent escape.

It was perfectly located walking distance from Fira and Oia ( a slightly longer walk ) - amazing hotel, restaurant is awesome and breakfast is really good!

The AC had to only come on when you enter back to the room, however when I spoke to reception they quickly sorted it out and gave me a spare key. Overall such an amazing place we will be going back!

The view from West East Suites is unbelievable. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and waking up and going to sleep with the view is something you can’t move past! Reception team were super helpful and friendly. The location is in-between Fira (about 40 mins walk) and Oia (1hour 15 mins walk) but private transfers are available. Breakfast was served each morning from a menu that you could choose from and it arrives at your chosen time in your room or you can go to the main bar area.

We stayed in a luxury suite and I feel for the amount of money we spent a complimentary hotel transfer could have been arranged.

Modern and comfortable room, nice balkony with private pool. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The staff was amazing and highly professional, always gentle and helpful. Our daily Highlight was definitely the breakfast which was served at the room and left no space for complaints. The Restaurant was great, we booked a dinner in the evening and it was a highly enjoyable experience.
