This was perfect for what we wanted, as we had just one day in Biarritz before catching an early flight in the morning. The staff were friendly, we could get some food in the evening, and the rooms were comfortable. We’d stay again if we had to catch an early flight or arrived late in Biarritz. We’d also stay if we had a hire car, but perhaps would stay in the centre of Biarritz if we had a few days there and didn’t have a car. An Uber to the centre was about €20, so okay if you’re sharing with friends…and probably still works out good value as the Ibis is cheaper than staying in the centre of town!

Location good for touring the area. Room was smallish but adequate for two nights. It was clean. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Good choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly. We often stay in Ibis hotels as they all have a similar standard that we trust. And good value for money.

The only negative was the towels! Very thin and seemed very old.

Excellent location for the airport (4 min drive). Very friendly and efficient staff. Definitely recommend.

The food menu consists of ready made meals that the hotel staff heat up. This is convenient and quick, and to be fair they tasted ok, but it's a shame they don't have a cook there on site.

Staff was wery helpfull, they speak good english, and the breakfast was excelent.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was very small. The AC goes only down to 23°C.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best I've had whilst travelling & they even supply takeaway cups and bags for you to take items away with you for the onward journey.

The room, whilst a good size was in need of a revamp, the bathroom was dated.

No restaurant only did pizza which was pre-prepared (I'm going to say it tastes like it was a frozen pizza) scrambled eggs were cold for breakfast and while the staff rang a taxi they charge for that service the outside was nice but had wooden pallets and ripped sun chairs outside

The best check-in ever! We came earlier and there was a room available for us. Near the airport with easy access by bus. Recommended

It has everything you need for a weekend stay. The bus stop towards the beach is nearby (walking distance). The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable with good air conditioning and WiFi. Staff was friendly

My room did not get cleaned. An important detail after a long day at the beach (and the hotel price!). The bathroom could be renovated/ re-painted
