Best hotel in Trivandrum ❤️ all the staffs were very helpful , attentive professional special mention SUBIN from engineering helped us with the TV , not only him all the other staffs the moment wen we checked in we were well greeted welcome drink wer served , checkin was so smooth I don’t remember his name , but he was fast, we didn’t wait! checkin length was below five minutes, GOKULAM GRAND WILL BE OUR FIRST OPTION IN TVM , The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel will come back for sure

Everything - very stylish, comfortable hotel, excellent staff attention, best menu we'd seen in 2 months in India - good food. Postion c.10mins from the airport and they efficiently sorted a 4am driver to carry us there. Daytime, a 20min tuktuk ride to the city centre/Napier Museum/Zoo complex. For the quality, not overpriced. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Long Island Iced Tea in the 11th floor rooftop bar should include whiskey in place of tequila! Otherwise, everything was v good.

This was my second stay at the Gokulam Grand in just over a week. In between my stays, I had visited Kovalam Beach. In retrospect, I wish I had spent the full 11 nights of my trip here at the Gokulam. The other hotel was beautiful, don't get me wrong, but this is much better value and a superb location for visiting Kovalam, Varkala, and the many hill stations in the area, as well as being close to the main highway, Lulu Mall, and just a 10-minute drive from the International airport. Once again, the staff were exceptional. I felt like a VIP when I returned, and everyone remembered me. It was like being part of a happy and efficient family. Special thanks to Maya, Dev, and Anresh in reception— not only hardworking and professional but lovely people to chat with. In fact, every member of staff I had contact with is a credit to your company. Once again, the food was very tasty. I had breakfast and dinner. Great variety and lovely surroundings. I did not use the pool but had a stroll around there. Very clean with great views of the lake/river. The room was seriously the best I have ever stayed in. I was in a large deluxe with settees, a large comfy bed, a superb view through the many windows, and most of all, the attentive housekeepers. Next time I visit Kerala, which hopefully will be soon, my choice of hotel will be easy - the Gokulam Grand. Thank you to everybody who made my trip an unforgettable experience.

The weather could have been better; it rained a lot. I believe the rainy season came a little early, but not even the superb staff at the Gokulam could do anything about that :-)

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Room is excellent, staff is great, but if you eat from here you will get stomach virus. We had dinner and breakfast and left from there at 10am. On the way back we didn’t eat anything from outside. The minute we reached home we started throwing up many times, still we are sick. BE CAREFUL when you eat from there we guarantee you will wind up in hospital. We don’t know what went wrong, either no clean or they are serving bad food. We never go back to eat there. You could trust this review 100%.

Modern hotel with all facilities and the staff - very good if not brilliant. The person who checked me in gave me two printouts - wedding and airport because it was a day of strike. That was brilliant

The restaurant - exorbitant cost of a dinner. I could have ordered food for one fourth of the cost - 1800 for a dinner is too much and u didn’t even get kerala style beef which I had asked for before coming to the hotel

The staff were very helpful and courteous. I spoke with Rahul even before I arrived to make some social arrangements and everything was done without any issues. When I arrived, Nabeen was very helpful in answering my queries and completing the check-in process efficiently. Overall, absolutely great service by the staff! Our breakfast buffet was exceptionally tasty and had an amazing variety of food to choose from! Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends and family!

Hotel has a quite a positive vibe to it. They have nice swimming pool along with very beautiful and cozy rooms. View from my room was actually really good considering it's inside the city. Staff are very helping and prompt in service. Breakfast buffet is quite good with multiple options. Its located near to lulu mall and has many other local attractions near by. Glad I choose this property.

The front desk experience could be more welcoming. It would be great if the staff received additional training to enhance their customer services skills, especially in handling guests with a friendly and approachable manner. May be little more "smile" in their face.

Comfortable, Clean & neat room and facility, they have a quick service. Moreover, the location is fantastic. Definitely would recommend👍🏼 a higher floor is a must if you are sensitive sleeper and you want to avoid the traffic noice.

No souna or steam room in the spa. No barbell or Smith machine in the gym. The requiry to request/repeat few things I already mentioned irritating a little bit, but they are newly open so hopefully they'll nailed it in the future.

I recently had exceptional stay in the hotel.The staffs were incredibly friendly and accommodating,going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, the facilities were top notch providing a range of amenities that exceed my expectation,cleanliness of the premises was impeccable ,creating a welcoming and hygienic environment overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff,excellent facilities, and commitment to cleanliness
