As a female solo traveller who barely knows the local language and therefore was a bit anxious about travelling to Kerala all the way from WB, this place was simply one of the best hotels out there. The rooms and the bathroom are clean, in addition to a very supportive and understanding hotel staff. The people at the reception deserve a special mention for they would always help me out in case I would require any additional assistance. The food was great, even if one doesn't stay at the hotel per say, hundred per cent recommend to try out the restaurant attached with the hotel. ALSO, IF YOU ARE BOOKING THE HOTEL, TRY TO GET A ROOM ON THE 9TH FLOOR, THE VIEWS FROM THE ROOM WILL SIMPLY TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY.

Front office person is so quick and help to complet the entry procedure.. Tasty meals are available in the restaurant at the ground floor( park Malabar ). Little bit costly but tasty food compare with some restaurant in the town. Calm n cool place.. I will choose this property on next time visit in trivandrum

The kettle available in my room is damaged n there is no proper slot to fix it. All other its good😍

Location of the hotel is quite good with reasonable distance to main places in the city. Breakfast was not appealing and not up to the standard expected.

Rooms are good and neatly maintained. Breakfast was below average both in terms of taste as well as range of items on offer. esp the taste of the side dishes like Bhaji for Poori, Chutney, Sambar and for Appam need to improve.

Exceptional service from the staff. They are always ready to go the extra mile for the customers. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great view and location was ideal for our purpose at Trivandrum. Hotel restaurant is great with good food and service is good.

We recieved an exceptional stay from the hotel side. It was a well value for money offer. The room side was extremely good. I requested for a higher floor and received the same. The breakfast was also very nice. The room has a fantastic view also. All the staffs were very gentle and helpful.

The receptionist doesn't expressed a welcoming approach which is not at all ideal in the hospitality sector. He didn't even initiated an eye to eye contact. But he did the procedures of check-in as expected.

This was hands down the best hotel I stayed in Kerala. Good value for money, and the facilities were top-notch. Room was spacious and bathroom was very clean. They have an in-house restaurant where we had late lunch. Location is a little off the main road, but highly recommended to book this place if you come to Trivandrum

Absolutely nothing

Room is sufficiently spacious and ample storage space has been provided. The room as well as the toilets attached are neat and tidy. The hotel provided breakfast with variety items. The staff in general was courteous and helpful.

Needs refurbishment of bed and pillows. The bed and the pillows are not comfortable enough due to its old age and presumably due to constant usage for years' Parking space is limited and unsufficient.

Best part was the location. It was close to all essentials. The place was quiet with ample parking spaces. Food in restaurant was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and polite.

The closet opposite to shower is a let down . Closet gets fully wet after shower. Wrong design. No tissue, soap,and other toiletry provided. However there was a convenient store so we managed

Quote for taxi ride to Airport that they quote was more than double the Ola n Uber.... they were not ready to help for other transportation mode to Airport.... this was upsetting 😡

The staff was great. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. They really make you feel like family. Great experience.
