Very friendly and supportive staff. Rooms were clean and has everything to make the stay comfortable

Only thing is the restaurant should try and cater for Halaal meals as well

The location

We asked what time we could book in and were told 14h00. We got there just after 14h30 and we told we could not book in for another hour. This was unacceptable

Loved the view The staff at reception were very helpful and kind. Manager Prosperity went beyond expectations to help us and assist where possible. One of the kindest and most efficient young managers of a hotel we have come across. Our cleaning lady Jerryberry??? Was so friendly and our rooms were immaculate when she was done. The complimentary coffee and teas were such a nice treat and we are both hooked on Nescafe now. The wifi worked well and we were able to contact property agents and view properties( our reason for stay) with ease of location. The VIEW was something else and we must have sat for hours on the couch looking out to sea, far better than any TV. We would love to come back and stay in room 409 again. Lastly the food in the little Cove resturant was excellent and great value for money with exceptionally enthusiastic waiters. Our Jhb hotels could come and learn a few things from your staff, maybe your manager must hold a conference in your centre how to make ordinary people a teacher and a 84 year old widow pensioner like royal class visitors. Having to leave and come back to JHB

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! this place. We had an amazing stay here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. When we got to the place our room was still under inspection so they gave us a free upgrade to a much bigger room with a balcony which we really appreciated. The pool was also clean, we couldn’t swim though because of the weather but we will surely come back for that sea-facing pool. The breakfast was a cherry on top, LOVELY. Next time we definitely trying out the down stairs restaurant The Cove. Oh and thanks to the staff member who brought us a bottle of soap when we ran out.

It's right on the beach and it's so lovely, the studio we had was overlooking the ocean and it made for a lovely view. The bed was comfy, the room was a nice size, the amenities were great and it was right above a restaurant so we could just walk downstairs to get food. I didn't hear a single other person so it was lovely and quiet, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We are definitely going to come back!

I'd say the only tiny critique I had was trying to find the entrance if you'd never been there before as it's right behind the actual building and we had to drive around once to figure it out, but that's also our fault haha. I had no complaints about the room or the staff.

the staff was so welcoming and helpful we bought something and we waited on it and the staff was so genuine to tell us it's okay he will bring our things to the room and when he got there he asked if he should bring a food menue and we were so grateful for him his posture when standing by the door was beyond great ethical . And when we left we wanted to go for breakfast and the reception was so nice to tell us they would keep our luggage while we go eat . Honestly, I would highly recommend

There wasn't anything not to like, honestly, just our sheets had yellow stains on it was very unpleasant . And I would highly recommend putting a broom and mop in each room . For the shower and the floor was wet, we literally looked for one . And the leaving time was so early for me . Other than that, the stay was great .

The exceptional cleanliness of both rooms was a big plus. One of the rooms that we occupied was especially comfortable. I think it was a studio; with a little lounge in addition to the bedroom. The other was small, but adequate. The hotel staff helped with everything that we asked for, and the restaurant staff were great.

It wasn't really a problem, but in one of the bathrooms there was a shortage of towel rails. There wasn't anywhere to hang damp towels or facecloths.

The hotel is always our comfort when we just need some time away from reality called busy life's,it's where we as I couple can relax,reflect and rejuvenate.We are so much inlove with the service and the comfort...thank you so much for creating a atmosphere that we can call home away from home...the most adorable staff from reception to room service...I will highly recommend Ocean Breeze Hotel...keep up with the excellent service.

Only thing I did not like was to check out.

The view was the highlight for us. It brings a great vibe to our anniversary celebration. We wanted to relax and meditate and absorb and the sea view was the cherry.

i didnt like the fact that there was no soap and no toilet paper, i called reception there was no one that answered i had to go down myself to fetch the toilet paper. So that was a bit of a down side. The TV kept on freezing, we wanted to watch a movie on Netflix and we couldnt navigate as it came to a freeze and we had to wait a whole while. I also forgot my cbc glass in the apartment when we left, Which is one of my favorite glasses ever. So hopefully it would be kept for me.

Love the hotel it’s exactly what it looks like on pictures. Very neat and clean and situated on a prime spot. Easy access to everything including beaches. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely check in again.

The bed was a little hard but not too bad, but we slept well. The Mountain View was not really Mountain View, because we were looking into a backyard of like another self catering wooden houses.
