Very nice view and room was clean and quiet.

Restuarant is not up to Standard with the food and the feeling I got was that the Chief did not put proud into making the food and I could off made better food at home. The options are very limited, and everything that we ordered was out of stock which as was disappointing, like no coffee, no sough dough bread..... . The Durban Curry that my husband and I ordered did not taste like curry at all and was not even a very mild curry (no taste of curry) and it seems if the food is made very long before and then just re-heated when ordering. The restaurant needs to be made a more welcoming place and have a nice atmosphere

Thank you. We've been to Ocean Breeze a few times, sea facing. We ve had a wonderful time. As it was a last minute decision we managed to get the False Bay booking. The reviews was not to good but we decided to take the chance. We were pleasantly surprised .would give you 4 stars except urgently in need of an Aircon in room 505. Will use that room anytime if a sea view is not available. Thank you. We had a wonderful time. Will definately see you soon

The kitchen can have more equipment. Like a drying rack for dishers, more glass bowels, toaster....TV is not good and was a hasle to operate and should be in the lounge area. The restaurant can have more options to select on the menu.

The mountain facing studio room was neat and had everything we needed. Big open window. The bed was big and comfortable. We had basement parking with a lift leading straight to our floor for easy access. There was a pool infront with a seaview, a hotel shop for snacks, a bar, a restaurant, comfortable lobby seating area. Friendly staff. We got free drinks vouchers on arrival. Thank you

The family room was a decent size, and very clean and we absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfast was delicious and they had several options to choose from. The staff were amazing and they organised free and secure parking for us.

Unfortunately, the view was not spectacular as we had the back rooms. Although we appreciated the generator in this nationwide power crisis, one of the rooms was too close to the generator which was loud.

We loved everything!Especially the view and just to be there. We felt at home🙂

The fact that we couldn't shower for long,because the water is taking long to drain. We also noticed one of the residents unrinating in the pool while he stood in the pool so we saw the yellowish floating in the water. I would suggest you guy's put a sign there next to the pool stating not to urinate in the pool,because it is disgusting.

Friendliness of the staff and their quick room service/call

Everything was nice, except the room we booked was not the same we saw on online booking. the shower and the bath tub was all in 1 of which its not what we saw. The balcony was not private.

I liked the staff, they were help full and tried there best to make us feel at home.. the room was extremely good, and comfortable.. and the bar staff was the best

I really had no issues with my stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and room service was exceptionally efficient. Cleaning staff were so silent and hardly noticeable. The room was spacious and felt like home.

Only when I arrived was I informed that i would have to pay extra for parking. The breakfast option was more expensive than the actual breakfast served at the restaurant in the hotel. So I used room service instead.

We were plesently suprised with the curticy and friendly reception Prosper and Chad made our 2 day stay a pleasure At the restaurant we found the same friendly staff. Secure parking in the basement is great The room was clean,and had beautiful sea veiw but needs a ugrade Value for money Reg Thomas
