My brother and I are on the self drive Safari to South Africa, BOTSWANA and NAMIBIA, and this was any port in a storm, what a DELIGHT this port turned out to be. D UPGRADED US FROM SINGLE ROOM TO HIS BEST ROOM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE WERE THERE IN THE BITTER COLD OF WINTER BUT THIS PLACE WOULD BE FANTASTIC IN THE SUMMER. D IS EXCEPTIONALLY PERSON AND BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING. I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH EXCELLENT ABOUT THIS PLACE IF I EVER COME BACK THIS WAY, I WILL STAY HERE. I should add that in the last 10 years I've travelled in Africa almost 20 months, so I speak with some experience

Outside of central heating, which South Africa undervalues, there's absolutely nothing that could've Improved our stay.

we did not sign up for breakfast. The location is superb. the staff, Amanda was great.

I didnt book the place I actually thought I would get due to what I view as misrepresentation from the internet site I booked on, bookings.com. The place was too small for all of us as I specifically booked it for 4 people and some of my staff travelled from Pretoria to attend this business excursion, with one double bed! I ended up having to rent another place, which luckily was just next to the place we got, but to pay much more then I expected. Amanda however made it bearable and made us comfortable in two rooms. The place itself is perfect for its price and presentation. Its beautiful and taken care of. We ended up staying and signing up for another day!

Friendly staff Neatness of facility - room were cleaned every day and bedding were changed regurlarly The smell of roasted coffee in the mornings with breakfast were a highlight Parking available in front of questhouse Location is also a bonus - walking distance from beach, shops and restaurants

Curtains in room - I suggest block out curtains Late check ins were a little loud and noisy but understandable, the staff handled it as quick as possible.

The Staff was excellent a special the one staff member his name his Friday.he mad it work for our car trailer to go into one of there other properties. so we could have a good rest and without any worries. The lady that served Breakfast definitely know what she doing we had an excellent time..

There where two lady's that booked in abit later that was very noisy but its definitely not the place's fault that someone don't respect others..

The rooms was clean and had a comfortable bed. There was extra bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice size fridge as well. There is an outside area to relax and braai. If you are adventurous you can walk to the beach for a beautiful view but it is a bit of a walk. It is a very short drive to the shops and restaurants.

It was quite cold when we stayed so a heater of some sorts would have been great. Parking is on the property but it is an open space. No fence.

I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, which provided a relaxing atmosphere for my one-night stay. The hotel's friendly staff and efficient check-in process made my experience even more pleasant. Additionally, the convenient location and amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, added to my overall satisfaction.

I was disappointed that the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was slow and kept disconnecting.

Good location - walking distance to beach. Friendly hosts. Clean and neat. Continental / english breakfast included.

Stairs made it uncomfortable to carry all the luggage to and from the room, and it was not so easy for my elderly Mom. Save parking was parking at the allocated area in front of the guest house or pavement... no fence or other security.

Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and had a hot blanket which kept us warm. Our breakfast was delicious. The guest house was close enough to the beach and restaurants.

The hot water in the basin took a long time to heat up and the water pressure was very low. No milk was provided for making coffee or tea.

I loved the friendliness of the staff firstly, the eagerness to help and make our stay as comfy and nice as possible really put the icing on the cake for our party of four. I also loved the soft comtable feeling of the bed and pillows.

Only one thing, that the pool was cleared of leaves on our party's check-out day.

I love the scenary at the poolside , it was exceptional , the location was easy to find the place and the area is niceand quiet. the breakfast and staff wee superb , i wont hestitate to recommend the place to muy friends , thank you very much
