Came here to stay with my little boy after we managed to get tickets for the opening game at Anfield. Had originally planned to stay in the city centre as usually seek out the security of chain hotels, but then saw this for not much more money where you can literally be back in bed two minutes after exiting the stadium. The staff there could not be any lovelier if they tried, chatting to my son, leaving him sweets, telling us when the players bus comes past, just so so lovely. Breakfast set us up for the morning after and was really nice too. If we are able to get Anfield tickets again and need to stay overnight we would make a beeline for this place, wouldn't look anywhere else, it was perfect.

The room was nice and clean and stylish. Really helpful and friendly lady was there to greet us and let us in a little earlier than the expected time. Towels & bed linen were included in the price and the WiFi is good. The property is a stones throw from Anfield Stadium. Parking for the concert was about 5 minutes away in the park carpark and they charge around £15-20 (I think it is possibly free when there are no events.

It didn't bother us, but maybe blackout blinds would help with the morning light.

Our stay was exceptional, primarily due to the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the house. The room provided to us exceeded expectations with its spaciousness and comfort. The ensuite attached to our room was thoughtfully designed and maintained with the utmost cleanliness, making our stay convenient and pleasant. A standout feature of this accommodation is its proximity to Anfield Stadium, located just a mere 200 meters away. This made our experience especially thrilling as we woke to hear the singing on match day morning. A special mention must be made of Julie, our host, who was simply amazing throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, hospitality, and kindness truly made our visit memorable. Thank you for an outstanding accommodation experience.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Absolutely loved it. I took my son for his birthday surprise to Anfield for the game against West Ham on 25th September 2024. My family always go to the usual hotels but this time I thought I'd book somewhere special. We weren't disappointed. From the second we arrived we were greated by Julie. She is so lovely, warm and welcoming. When Julie showed us our room i was so moved. They had a birthday cake, banners, balloons and a lovely handwritten birthday card for my son. What a lovely touch and thank you for making him feel so special 😊 We now won't book anywhere else. 128 Anfield Road is now a family favourite place to stay when going to watch Liverpool. Do yourself a favour and get your stay booked now. We loved our stay. 5 Stars 🌟 from The Goodman family

We had the most amazing stay here when we visited to see Taylor Swift. The rooms themselves were so clean and modern! Julie was amazing, she absolutely made our stay perfect, she was so friendly, accommodated and lon early check in. The extras were impeccable, they decorated the room for Taylor Swift, had cupcakes and Prosecco, all included as extras to make you feel welcome. The vibes were immaculate. We can safely say that where we stayed added to our experience so much. It was right next to the venue, a literal 10 second walk, room was private with code access and we had a homemade breakfast in the morning! I recommend anyone attending an event or needing somewhere to stay to stay here!

Nothing - absolutely perfect!

Julie was superb - we arrived a bit early but was welcomed in with warm smiles and told our rooms were ready but they wanted to clean the floors so we dropped our luggage and went back out which we'd planned anyway. The place is lovely inside, it looks like it was all refurbished recently and is very modern and clean. The main room downstairs is an open kitchen/dining/living area and was really handy as we could use the fridge for bottled water etc. The housekeepers had left prosecco in the fridge and put out nibbles for us as we were attending a concert at Anfield and it was so nice to socialise with others doing the same downstairs! The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and the showers are great! We had breakfast cooked in the morning which was worth doing as there isn't anywhere nearby and Julie certainly looked after us. I'd love to stay again!

Very minor negative would be to have a long mirror in the room and maybe a bigger table for the tray of tea and coffee which was a lovely touch too!

The place was modern, clean and nicely furnished. Julie who looked after us was fantastic, she cooked us the perfect breakfasts and did a great job of putting on some concert themed cakes with some concert themed bits and bobs ( gig at anfield was the reason we where there) and she kept the place clean and brought a great atmosphere around the place, always happy and friendly and had time to chat with us.

It was perfect for being so close to the stadium but otherwise we found that it is quite far from lots of other tourists spots around Liverpool.

We drove outside and instantly felt this building looked very well kept and modern. We couldn’t wait to get inside. Inside we were more than impressed with the cleanliness, the classy and modern decoration and the warmth of the whole building. We also had our two year old with us who was made to feel more welcome than anywhere we have ever been. Julie was the most friendliest lady ever and our baby instantly took to her. She couldn’t do enough for us and made a fantastic breakfast. We can not wait to visit again. Oh and the beds!!! They were so comfortable.. and the room! I could go on and on.

We had such a good stay here. The place is beautiful, so clean and well-maintained. Very modern and has everything you need. Great location as well! However, the owners are the best thing about this house. Julie and the team are so hospitable and went above and beyond to look after us. We couldn’t believe it. We felt at home from the first minute and they’re all so lovely. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything about this lovely accommodation. Spotless , so friendly, and Julie is a diamond 💎 From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome , Julie and Sian were so lovely, and nothing was too much trouble . 128 Anfield Road is so close to Anfield, which was ideal for us to go to the pink concert. A gorgeous breakfast, and we were made to feel like it was a home from home atmosphere. Our room was lovely and spotless. Keep up the good work 👏 thanks for a fantastic stay .
