We originally planned to stay for just 10 days, but we ended up extending for a full month — that’s how great this place is! Minh Trang and Luke, the lovely couple who run the homestay, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The homestay is cozy, peaceful, and very well maintained. We asked to move to a larger room for the rest of our stay, and they managed everything in just a few days, offering us a fair and honest price. The location is also perfect — the area is beautiful and very quiet, yet it’s just a 5-minute ride from the Old Town. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming place to stay in a great area, this is definitely it!

What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

If I needed to write something negative about this place is that there was no Outlet close to the desk, but that was a quick solution from the hosts, they gave me an extension cord. And you only have the main lights in the room, no bedside lamp but but that doesn't really bother me. Just keep that in mind if you're a couple and one wants to sleep and the other one still wants to read. But I'm pretty sure if you asked for a bedside lamp they will give you one.

The stay was stunning. The couple's hosts were welcoming and cared quite well for our needs. They prepared us with a lovely room overlooking the garden and pool. We could taste some local noodle dishes for breakfast and lunch, like Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup or Hue beef noodle soup, which were excellent. We recommend it without hesitation. It is in a neighborhood with many tall trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the Center of Hoi An, suitable for someone who likes the peaceful. Sitting under the tree or enjoying coffee under the stars, they have a small garden decorated with many tiny LED lights, which is quite chill. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute scooter ride from the center, or you can use their bicycle for free if you want to ride around and around to discover more about the city. They are adorable. The accommodation is excellent and very cozy.

The relaxing atmosphere in the house. Nothing seemed too much trouble for staff who were always smiling. I will recommend this hotel to my family.

This place is the best, booked for 2 nights and stayed for 5! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to help out and provide recommendations and information where needed. The room is clean, big, great air conditioner and fan, and has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool too. Offered free BBQ and Hotpot, provided laundry free of charge and even a ride to Da Nang. Also have bicycles to ride into town. Can't recommend enough, will definitely be back if in Hoi An again!

The room (201) was huge with an amazing balcony. The bed was so comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a small garden which, for the price, is fabulous. The hosts are some of the kindest, helpful people I've met in South East Asia. Honestly, this place is a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An.

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. So great that there is a pool and thank you so much to the owner for helping me take my bike to the repair shop) I also liked that you can buy goodies downstairs at night when all the stores nearby are closed) I wish you prosperity and lots of joy from every day))) Thank you for your kindness and smiles)

That room where I was stay didn't have a window, but you can open the door to the balcony and there will be more light, but then it will be hot because of the weather.)) By the way... There are other options with windows in this house though!

We couldn't have had a better stay - very spacious room and kind, friendly staff. The location was great, just a 20 minute walk into town/historic quarter. Couldn't recommend enough!
