The breakfast was superb and the added bonus was the fact that we could order it to our room every day, as a complimentary service. My wife and I have travelled quite a bit and this is the first hotel/private members club who have offered this service without any additional costs. All the staff from front gate security to management were excellent, they couldn't any more, it was just unbelievable. A special mention to Haider from House Keeping & his supervisor Rehman; Sajjad from Room Service - who kindly brought our breakfast each morning & not forgetting the excellent laundry service (Sultan & his colleagues) at such an affordable price, that we decided to get all our clothes dry cleaned before leaving. We'll definitely be going back (hopefully next year with our children) so that all our family can experience a true luxury experience, where no stone is left unturned & all the staff go out of their way to make your experience an unforgettable and truly memorable :)

There was nothing not to like. Everything was more than what we had expected.

A perfect and peaceful place to relax and unwind that exceeded our expectations. It has undoubtedly excellent world class facilities for golf, swimming, spa, sauna, salon and gym with exceptional customer service. We had the most amazing experience of enjoying carefully curated and beautifully presented meals overlooking the stunning golf course. Some times service was slow or missing some breakfast items but that can be overlooked considering their exceptional customer service and seamless/genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Defence Raya Golf & Country Club is currently the best hotel /club in lahore,beautifully designed ,spacious rooms,serene balcony views and delicious food.They even served breakfast in our room which was upgraded as well.The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable especially Mr. Hamza on reception was just brilliant ,he upgraded my room to accommodate my kids better😊 I really appreciated Mr. Hamzas hospitality and consideration ! That gesture alone will bring us back to this Defence Raya golf & country club . My daughters love to play in their Kids play area. The area is spacious and very well designed for kids of all ages with enough activities to keep them engaged. Play area staff is also very friendly and provide comfortable environment for kids. Me and my family love to stay at Defence Raya Golf & Country Club and we would definitely come back again.

Spa and massage therapy staff needs proper training.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a suite at this hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The suite was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of peacefulness and calmness. The view from the room was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will undoubtedly choose this hotel again for future visits. It truly is the best choice in Lahore.staff was really good too !

The hotel was very comfortable with a pleasant temperature. The area was clean, and the room service was excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience!

Due to being short-staffed, the service was significantly delayed for breakfast on our last day. Some items were missing from our order, and we had to repeatedly ask to have them brought to us. While the women’s swimming area and overall experience were pleasant, the staff neglected to inform us about the swimming cap policy, which we found unnecessary.

the staff were very helpful and polite. we had a problem with the waterpipe connecting the toilet and it was fixed promptly. the location was great near Defence Raya complex about 10 min walk away. it was also near the dolmen mall and kebabjees.

the pillows and duvet could need an upgrade to new ones, they were not fluffy enough. The iron also needs an upgrade it was the old style non steam iron.

Staff at the Restaurant , specially Usama and Cleaning by housekeeping team. Golf court is just beautiful.

Hotel cannot be reached through Google maps or phone number. Reception n Front Desk are not that welcoming. No one to open doors when you enter. Rooms not well lighted and very badly designed. Beds directly in view of the entrance. Guests hve been complaining about these aspects but still no change.

The cleanliness was very good, house keeping and all the staff where very good facilities the swimming pool was separate for male and female which was brilliant.

They is a salon which provided very good services also a kids play area and a cafe on site and the surrounding area was all very clean and good food was just a few minutes walk away.

Everything was great - clean and comfy, food was great too, friendly staff. Impressed with standards for Pakistan

Construction ongoing on either side of club, didn't have too much impact on our stay though. Would recommend club to have a facility to be able to order taxis or be able to hire driver and car from reliable company as to travel anywhere else for sightseeing or shopping had to rely on uber which caused problems when Pakistan had no Internet during elections.

We loved the laundry service and how fast it came back. Their ironing was excellent!

Didn’t like that the suit room didn’t have a stand up shower. Also the shower head could have better water pressure. Lastly the pillows in the bed aren’t comfortable. I did eventually ask for a memory foam pillow which felt better on my neck.
