My apartment was a nice size for one, cute size kitchen & own private sauna. Location was perfect just one side of access rd, close to shop & piste. Breakfast phenomenal but I didn’t need it really as I had my own kitchen.

TV didn’t work for 2 out of the 5 nights-no reception, although hotel staff quick to try solutions. Sofa in lounge the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever sat on. Cook top wouldn’t operate unless I went to switch board and restarted the mains switch, this happened daily, perhaps my error, but the problem certainly happened often, not occasionally.

The breakfast was just amazing! Location is great. Scenery fantastic. Just next to the ski slope and cross country tracks. Family room was simple but good. A small living room with table and sofa.There was availability of tea and coffee.

The water basins in the bathroom were too small. It was not even possible to properly fill the water cooker with water. It would have been good to have some small cooking facility for a family room.

Fabulous Breakfast, staff went out of their way to make it as good as possible! Great with not having to take the car anywhere to ski, although 200 metres in ski boots is good for muscles to base of lifts!! Great dinner. Lovely fireplace. had superb family room with direct access outside and could park car outside. Lovely heating, radiators and heated floors so could dry the ski clothes!

The Sauna did not work...... Some more light in the foyer, if you wanted to use it for sitting by fire and reading that was difficult. Would have loved a swimming pool!!! Not enough room in ski room for storage.

Proximity meets Privacy. Own spacious house, close to hotel for breakfast and dinner. Directly on the ski track. Safe environment, kids can't get lost.

That we couldn't stay longer.

The snow view from the room was amazing, the restaurant had great variety, we enjoyed the fitness and game facilities. The personel was very friendly and helpful. Fireworks on New Year's Eve were a big plus.

Fabulous breakfast with many choices of food. Spacious. Beds comfortable. Strangely our two bed apartment had a dinning table for 6 but no kitchen facilities. It was good to have small refrigerator in the apartment. Very quiet as it was the off season.

From service to comfort to quality of food to staff's friendliness and responsiveness — everything was top notch.

While it's not exactly disliking, visitors may have to manually ask for bus availability and other important details, leading to confusion due to conflicting information. Making this information more visible would be helpful.

The stairs up were a death trap :) but lights on and carfull steps worked ☺️but glad we didn’t have to walk them at night to go to the loo

Excellent. Good selection of every type of breakfast food to suit all tastes.

Laundry facilities would have been helpful.

The atmosphere was great, it was a real winter wonderland up in the mountains….800 meters above the sea level.

The hotel is old and worn, would need total renovation. They had pretty new furniture but anyway.
