Really nicely designed and decorated to a high standard. Kept super clean. Bed was so comfortable! The jacuzzi on one of the balconies was a really nice touch. The pool is a good size, just cool enough to cool off and lovely to swim in. The sun beds are plenty and comfortable - didn’t have to get up early to put towels down. They have 3 four poster beds by the pool for lounging. The staff are EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. All of them. So polite, and will sort anything you need at all. They booked taxis for us, arranged a buggy for a day out, served you poolside, brought you breakfast in your room. It’s a bit off the main stretch so it’s lovely and quiet. Lovely view of the sea and mountain around.

Nothing - loved it all

The hotel was immaculate and was thoroughly cleaned daily with good size room and balcony. Hot tub and lovely cabanas by the pool. The staff are really attentive and are flexible to accommodate your needs, we had breakfast by the pool one day instead of having it in the room. And lunch menu is decent. Nice quiet location, and small hotel so you don't need to fight over sunbeds or anything. Around a 15-20 min walk to the main town of Kamari, and really easy to call a taxi to the hotel.

There was 3 of us in the room and although a 3rd bed had been made up on the sofa there was only 2 sets of towels, the staff then came up asking where we wanted the 3rd bed- so was a little confusing why the room wasn't prepared before we arrived. We just kept the bed made up on the sofa. Breakfast was delivered to room everyday, but the hot food was never that hot, and tea and coffee not great.

The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach with a lovely pool area. The room was great - really spacious and the interior was nicely decorated. However it was the staff that made this property shine; Demitri, Jorge and the housekeeping team were amazing. So friendly, lots of great recommendations and really welcoming.

The only downside was the breakfast - a form had to completed in advance and the options weren’t great. More B&B buffet standard as opposed to 5*. The fact there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing (especially as a kettle is listed on booking.com). The pool was freezing and our kids couldn’t swim in there which again, was disappointing. They had to use our jacuzzi when we were at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Vitae Suites and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities I could have needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, beach. The breakfast was a daily highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. What truly stood out was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. What makes this property stand out from all the rest is their excellent, professional and lovely staff members. Demetrius, George and Mohammed are all an incredible asset to this business and I believe are what will keep guests coming back. They really do go the extra mile to welcome you and ensure a memorable stay. The property is ideally located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle however it’s within walking distance to the busier area of Kamari (bars, shops and beach) Overall a lovely, relaxing place to stay. Food and drinks at the property are excellent quality and reasonably priced.

The only negative I had, was that we’d booked a room for four people and the room given only had one double bed with the further two beds as camp beds. Had we have known this, we’d have booked two separate rooms. However the beds were comfortable.

The staff were friendly and were accommodating of our individual needs as we used the room to get ready for our wedding. The room was large and spacious, just what we needed for the morning of the wedding. Our breakfast was brought up to our room every morning where we had lots to choose from. The location was just on the outskirts of Kamari with little traffic which made it nice quiet. A short walk to Kamari but can be a bit of a struggle in the heat. Lovely facilities, bar and communal pool.

The hotel is exactly as per the photos, super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for places to visit and available 24 hours. The rooms are stylish, the private pool suites are amazing. Rooms are cleaned, bathroom and beach towels are changed every day. There is a small, convenient bar next to the common pool, providing drinks and food on the spot. Breakfast is served in the room at a chosen time with nice variety of options. Kamari beach with great variety of bars and restaurants is 15 mins, the closest bus stop is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel, so it’s very easy to reach any destination on the island. The hotel can help with booking taxi, renting bike, car and ATV. Our one week stay was a great combination of relaxation and sight seeing, and the hotel staff did everything to make this happen. Everything was extremely fluent and convenient.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and were happy to bend over backwards to meet any requests we had. They were able to offer recommendations on places to visit, eat and help us hire a car. The room was lovely and fresh and as described on booking.com. The pool was also very nice as were the dual aspect balconies we had on our room. We also had a lovely massage from Veronika’s team which we would highly recommend.

The property is a short walk outside of Kamari which wasn’t a problem for us but we might stay closer next time. The bar was somewhat limited and didn’t open until 12, although the barman was very accommodating. It would have been amazing if we could have had complimentary water in the fridge but it was great that there was a fridge we could use.

Breakfast was great and on time to our room daily. They followed up with us if we forgot to put in an order. The staff was attentive and helpful and incredibly nice. Peaceful surroundings, away from hustle and bustle of the town.

Lack of food options after breakfast - although easy to order food from nearby spots through app. Wish i could have made the hot tub hotter.

We loved everything. Everyone operated as a team with the same level of customer service. Check in was quick and easy, and George was so helpful. The room was stunning and had been equipped with a cot ready for our arrival. We had two balconies, one with a lovely jacuzzi. The location was great and there was always parking; it was very tranquil and so lovely to escape the hustle and bustle of Oia & Fira. You can hear planes taking off & landing but that’s true of everywhere on the island and we preferred that once every now and then to competing against all the cruise ships. We travelled with a 2 month old baby so we spent a lot of time at the pool and mostly travelled around the island in the morning or evenings. Dimitri’s recommendations were all great and we went to a lot of places we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. He also booked us restaurants with the best uninterrupted views of the sunset. The rooms were so clean and so were all the public areas. The property maintenance ladies were fantastic and so sweet. Everything is glistening and meticulously cared for. George was incredible, nothing was too much for him. Cocktail king! The chef was brilliant too, we chose to eat there most days and there was a lot of delicious fresh food and variation on the menu. Breakfast - again, fantastic. It’s brought to your room, and there’s loads of choice. They even brought us freshly squeezed orange juice by request. Nothing is too much for them there. And let’s just talk about the spa for a second - if you like a massage, book it! You won’t regret it. It’s so relaxing and I’m confident in saying it will be one of the best, if not the best you’ve ever had. It’s worth every second and they are so good. Veronica was so attentive and was bringing cool towels to us at the pool, and we also had taster massages at the pool. Brilliant marketing. The hotel manager is attentive and even arranged a complimentary welcome bottle of wine to our room. All-round excellence.
