The property is a historic Inn surrounded by a beautiful garden and wrap-around porch. I love its charm and authenticity. It’s a safe location that is very walkable with lots of dining and shopping. If you’re a Walking Dead fan, this is a must-stay. The staff is friendly and the manager Miranda shared lots of history. There is fresh coffee every morning and other treats available, too. The entire Inn and the room was impeccably clean. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great, which is my biggest concern next to cleanliness. I was so comfortable here.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property but if you don’t appreciate vintage and prefer everything updated and shiny and new, this won’t be for you. If you enjoy history and old architecture, this is a dream.

downtown Senoia has some truly wonderful and delicious restaurants just a hop-skip and jump away. The manager, Katie, was awesome! She is a great conversationalist, showed genuine interest in each of the guests, and is constantly moving amongst the rooms and halls. She really added personality to our visit and the building.

The beauty could really stand out in Senoia with some care and investment. The building and the grounds are indeed beautiful, but need some love and maintenance.  The restaurant was closed and they are looking for someone to reopen it. But breakfast is a big part of "bed and breakfast". Needs better pillows, not a lot of horizontal surfaces for stuff (no dresser, no bathroom vanity).

Clean, quiet, beautiful lobby and dining area, private guest parking, walkable distance from restaurants and shops, garden, large patio, friendly and non-invasive host, comfortable and cozy rooms, fresh coffee from the pot in the morning along with delicious homemade treats made by im guessing the host, upstairs cozy game/common area, 10/10, recommended.

The bathroom door in room 5 didn't close completely, manageable but slightly inconvenient.

Staff friendliness and communication was great, location in the heart of Senoia and the lovely property itself. Plenty of room for parking at the rear.

Considering this is a period property there's a few give and takes as the owners want to keep it as authentic as possible. Things like creaking floor boards, dated bathrooms are all what make up the character of this place so not really a dislike but a heads up for really fussy people!

Loved the location 1 block from down town, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also liked the feel of the location like stepping back in time, had wifi and ac in the rooms, bed was comfortable and the property had a real country feel to it.

Breakfast was superb. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious.

Needed clean towels for second day. No bath mat. No place to hang clothes. Glasses were flimsy plastic. Wine glasses would be great. Our friends staying at Veranda had no.place to park when they arrived.

Beautiful old home with so much charm. Perfect location to walk to downtown Senoia. Charming little place. Our room was sweet but the bed wasn’t incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and I loved my soak in the claw footed tub. Overall a wonderful experience. Would stay again.

The Inn is beautiful and the location is the absolute best for shopping and dining.

Nothing was needed to make this a perfect stay. Loved the chocolate chip cookies left for us.
