It was close to grocery store, gas station and general main road to places, but most of all, it was close to the course location i was going to, The room has a mini fridge, this was excellent. There was a common room with all kitchen wares, but having a personal mini fridge inside the room was the best surprise for me. clean bathroom was great and having google chromecast with ok enough wifi to stream was just the best. In short. * WIFI and stream * Mini fridge * Bathroom These are the best 3 points, well deserving of 8.

The key system to the rooms was lackluster. The mattress on the bed was slipping to the side, i had to adjust it several times during the night.

My wife rented two single rooms for us, since she'd read complaints about the beds in the bigger rooms. We had a very good stay. Though our single beds were narrow, they were comfortable. There were two thicknesses of pillows in each room. The showers are well-enclosed and have good pressure. I noticed some changes in my shower temperature but nothing drastic. There is reasonably good soundproofing in the walls. There is a small fridge in the room, plus a regular-size one in the common area (kitchen). There is also a washer and dryer in the common area that guests can use, as well as two drying racks, an iron, and an ironing board. (We had to remove some items from the dryer that the "housekeeper" had dried, but we had permission to do that. We just folded them and set them on a drying rack so they'd stay clean.) There is free parking on-site (more than just the three spots marked private). The price for staying there is excellent, so expect to supply your own toiletries like shampoo. They did supply handsoap. There are three good restaurants, a cafe, and two grocery stores within walking distance.

We should have been given more specific directions for entering the premises. Though we were sent the codes just fine, we weren't told that we had to activate the code box on the main entry door first, before entering the code, or that we had to touch the unlock icon at the end. Luckily, another experienced guest arrived while we were trying to get in and showed us what we had to do. We had no real trouble with the keyboxes outside the individual rooms. My second roll of toilet paper was somewhat stuck in the dispenser (rolls too big for that dispenser?), but eventually I got it working properly.

Nice and clean rooms on the ground floor. Quiet surroundings.

They used the kitchen as washery for the linnen for te other floors. That was not so nice, they could have done that after the check out at 11.00.

The property is very well located and has good connection to and from Trondheim Central. Restaurant and other shops are a close walk away
