Location was excellent for accessing everything around Trondheim. Stylish, comfortable and good sized room. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok, plentiful, but have had better quality at other hotels in Norway. It also finishes quite early on weekdays at 9.30am, so it was pretty crowded with everyone at the same time. The bar and restaurant weren’t open on the Sunday we were there so couldn’t comment on those. Parking in most hotels is extortionate in Trondheim. Tip: parking a couple mins down the road from the Radisson at Ola Brun is half the price compared to the parking underneath the hotel that is connected to a car hire firm.

Fabulous location. Trondheim sentral is such a walkable city area, picture postcard perfect. Very quiet hotel in December winter. Very close to train station. Cozy beds, nice occasional chairs, space for cases, jackets and bags. Wall mount TV, fridge, kettle, sachet coffee and tea. Some wooden spoons to stir hot drinks would be a nice extra, as there were no utensils. Lovely warm bathroom with hairdryer, proper tissues, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and plenty of towels. Beautiful clean water from the taps. The room and bathroom were showing signs of use, but I am a fussy traveller and I would stay here again in winter. Thank you!

The location is beautiful because of the river.. We had a cozy breakfast in that river view . The breakfast buffet was generous and a lot of choices. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed . The staff were accommodating. I forgot my 2 diamond rings in the bathroom after checking out.. I called the hotel reception . ... 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 to the lady who cleaned our room. She gave it to the receptionist. Thank you very much.

Great location for walking around the local spots. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and good shower.

Getting information about the shuttle bus before I arrived took several attempts, each reply lacked information about where and how to find the bus or names of the stops I needed. The room was a bit dusty, the glasses for drinking had a layer of dust on them and there was dust and some hair on the floor.

It was second year in a row when we stayed at this hotel during our Norwegian roadtrip. And it has been our favourite hotel so far in this part of the world. Friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming to families with children (free ice-cream!), newly renovated rooms and breakfast area, very comfortable beds, clean, great location and own car rental service, dark curtains that actually work and make it easy for children to sleep. Great variety of food for breakfast, including asian soup buffe. Though this year we were a bit disappointed to not find any pancakes or waffles, but this is a detail. Overall great experience for a good price!

Everything was really great, we will come back for sure if again in Trondheim. I think the biggest improvement can happen to the parking area - it either crazy expensive or in a bad shape and we were uncertain if we can park behind the hotel since the P-automat disappeared this year.

Large modern hotel in the center of Trondheim in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very stylish, comfortable and quite spacious. The bathroom was really nice and the view onto the river was lovely. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and had a wide selection for every taste. The staff were always very friendly. Wi-fi worked very well.

When asking about the parking at the hotel through the booking service, I was only given contact details for an underground parking by the hotel. At the same time, there is a much cheaper and convenient option 2 minutes from the hotel (220 NOK per day), and it is even mentioned in the leaflets at the hotel. I believe that the hotel should be providing full information upfront. Fortunately, we did our research and used the more convenient parking location.

Great location- ra two minute walk from the bakkegatta stop on the AirPort Express bus. Ten to fifteen minutes walk from all top attractions. Nice modern and clean with good sized rooms and good amenities. Lovely and quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good- an excellent spread

I had a double room and had two twin beds pushed together separately made up which was a shame. Comfy beds though so not the end of the world.

Great location to access the historic city center

When we checked in we parked our car right in front of the hotel which would seem like the obvious place to park a car when you're staying at the hotel. it took us a few minutes to figure out that that parking spot was going to cost us $55 US dollars per day. Nobody at the desk said anything to us as we were checked in. We had to go in and ask questions and then they told us how to find a parking garage three blocks away for half the price. They should immediately inform you of the extremely expensive parking that is in front of their Hotel.

All the food at breakfast was cleared away precisely at 9.30. I asked for some bread at about 9.35, which was then being put on a trolley to be taken away, and was told I couldn't have it as I was too late. The fact that I had queued in the coffee line for nearly ten minutes as one of the machines was broken made no difference to them in my request. The attitude was wrong, and the manner somewhat offensive.
