I stayed there for only 12 hours, but enough to appreciate how good a hotel it is. First of all, it takes just a 5 minute-walk (under the snow) to reach it from the train station. Rooms are very basic but ample, with comfortable bed and pillows, and a decent sized bathroom. Even though my room was on ground floor facing the platforms and tracks of the train station, I wasn’t bothered by any noise at all. Breakfast packs for about USD 9 each were just fine, and I wonder if you could find anything cheaper nearby. Besides, the lobby where you can have your breakfast is really beautiful.

As I said, it was a very short stay. I just wanted a good place to spend the night after a long train trip and have a decent breakfast the next morning, and I found it all at this hotel.

Central location, 1 minute walk from the central station. Very close to the city centre. Helpful staff. The room was large and very clean. Overall, it felt fresh. Compliments to the cleaning team.

The temperature could be higher. Some of us come from warmer climes. :) A little table with a kettle and some teacups would be most welcome. A little notice on doors to remind guests to not slam their doors would add the to comfort. The noise travels very easily. WiFi was lagging at times.

Right next to the train station and very easy to walk most places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is basic, but has a nice view and everything you need for a short stay.

A little expensive for what the room actually is. You're paying for the convenient location and other amenities in the hotel, like the lounge area upstairs, which is nice, but not used by all customers. Overall I do recommend this hotel for short stays and solo travelers.

I am particularly concerned about price and location when I travel. I don't need breakfast, so I can use a less expensive hotel. And you are just the right distance between the train station, the city center and the place I am going to. I am in Trondheim every other month and use you regularly.

The only thing I might feel is missing is a better ceiling light in the room and more Norwegian channels on the TV.

Nice size of the room, clean. Very good location, right next to the train station, with lots of buses and trains going further into town.

The room was really poorly lit, just one upper light not even in the centre of the room where the beds are, bedside lamps also don't do much. Would be great to have a kettle in the room and a fridge, even a shared one in the corridor. Also my card wasn't working once and it had to be magnetised again.

Perfect location for a short stay, arriving late by train departing again in the morning. You should not be sensitive to noise though, as the trains run basically through the bedroom.

The motion detector for the bathroom light does not capture a person in the shower. So, unless you shower in a rush, the lights will turn off and you need to open the door to the shower cabin for the lights to turn on again.

No fridge in the bedroom. There were some issues with the system logging the breakfast requests. My breakfast order was never correctly saved, but the staff was always comprehensive and serves me my order every time

Clean, comfortable bed, large room. The hotel is located right next to the tracks. Therefore, you will hear the trains if the window is open. Trains do not run often. But it didn't bother me. Especially since we only had one night at the hotel.

room was ok location was excellent , near to train station. nice view and quiet, i was satisfied.also alchohol wine was cheap.

time for check in was too much 10' i was waiting together with two more persons , of the reason nobody was in reception when i was arrived, also was a phone number but when i took for her line comes after 10'... if you are a receptionist you must to be at your position and to waitig for the cst.
