The location was perfect for us and I think it’d perfect for anyone wanting to explore Trondheim. The shower was great and the size of the room was great for 2 people. The blackout blinds came in handy as well. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but they let us in right away and when we checked out, they let us use the lockers. Lots of flexibility from the staff! We enjoyed the TV as well. After a week of hiking, watching a bit of Netflix felt refreshing.

We wish the kitchenette would have been a tiny bit bigger. Even when I was the only one preparing something, I found myself having to use the table to prep food. We came during a heat wave and the temperature in the room could only be lowered to 25 degrees Celsius so it felt hot in the room in the afternoon.

Clean room with good quality mattress bed (depending on body size could be quite challenging but overall nice one) and pillow. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower (depending on body size could be quite challenging but overall nice one). Within the room are small fridge, kitchenette and different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the old city (5 mins walking from main square). Close to central train station/main port (15-20mins easy walking depending on pace) and 5mins from bus line connecting to the airport while in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Generally good value for money (even for Norway but always depends on when booked) among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is kind and prompt to reply either through through e-means or in person (check reception working times), so feel free to ask anything.

The room was cozy and all number coded so no problem with keys. I could park overnight for free between 20:00-08:00 in the street next to the place. At Other times it is quite expensive.. Upwards of 50 nok per hour or so..

The room was in the 4th floor without a lift. I didn't check and didn't find it in the description. Was quite a pain taking all the luggage up.. There was a staunch smell of meat when we opened the fridge.. Being a vegetarian, found it quite off-putting and the 4th floor thing didn't help the impression. However, the lady at the reception did try her best to see if we could get another but we had arrived quite late and hence were all checked in to swap or so..

Room on the top floor, very large and comfortable. I liked it very much. But I recommend using the staircase from the side of the door with the code and not from the reception, the stairs there are less steep.

There were no shelves or hooks for towels in the bathroom, there was nowhere to hang a towel or put shampoo... the bathroom was very large and all the things had to stand on the floor... which was quite problematic because the shower cubicle has no door and water poured all over the bathroom... the squeegee was broken...

Small room with kitchenette 2 electric fireplaces, a refrigerator and a sink, kitchenware are available to prepare breakfast and simple dishes in the evening, the place is close to the city center, and food shops are all around.

No elevator but steep stairs in this building, don’t carry too much luggage. The bed is really small and the mattress not very comfortable, I would have liked to find larger curtains to block the night sun light during the summer.

The location was good - central and close to everything we wanted to see in Trondheim. The beds were good and clean and the layout of the room was comfortable. Thank you for our stay

It would have been nice to have a kettle and a cafetière in the room although tea and coffee was available in the reception area during opening hours. There was no parking and although parking options were nearby and the staff helped me work it out, it would have been nice to have more information on this at the outset/ on the website e.g can park for free 8pm to 8am

I had a room on the 4th floor, very charming. You have a look over the roofs.. Good mattress, good sleep. Would have stayed longer. Very cozy. The only thing is, that you have to walk up the stairs, but that did not bother me at all. Good exercise. Got some help with the luggage.. quiet street right in the center..

It was easy to do a late check in as they send you the code to access the accomodation for your room. There is a small kitchenette in the room which is a bonus. It is a fairly central location and you can walk to all the tourist attractions. There is cable TV. In the room.

The staircase is steep and narrow.

The view was spectacular. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Long uphill hike to the location toting our luggage. If taxi/shuttle was available, we couldn't figure out how to access it. Top bunks were hard to get into - ladders were not designed well. Long waits to get into bathrooms/showers. Hot plate in cabin was hard to use -- no markings on the controls.

Great value for money, excellent little kitchenette. Perfect family room.

Room was very hot and I couldn't get the ac working. In fairness, I didn't ask reception for help. Also, the seagulls are INCREDIBLY loud at night. Nothing the staff can do about that though.
