I liked the breakfast. Although I’ve seen a posh hotel in Trondheim with a wider variety of food, I still enjoyed the breakfast here a lot, even if the selection wasn’t as luxurious. The washing machines are free to use, which is a big plus. Overall, the hotel was very comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it to others. If I ever return to Trondheim, I will book this hotel again.

I don't like the limited payment method. If your card does not work, then there is a BIG problem. Thank god mine just had an error, but worked perfectly on the second trial. I also don't like that there are no tissues in the room.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge choice of hot and cold dishes, including eggs and bacon every day. The hotel in general and the room were very clean and tidy. If you're planning to stay at this hotel, you should be aware of that it is affiliated with the regional hospital, and the look and feel of the place is accordingly; meticulously clean and also somewhat sterile. There are no carpets, the walls are white; there is no bar (beer and wine can be purchased in the reception until 22:30 and taken to your room for consumption). I wasn’t aware that this hotel was part of the hospital with the same name. The room looked a lot like a hospital room, which can be a bit off putting at first but you get used to it quickly. Everything was squeaky clean and it was quite an experience to have breakfast alongside international tourists and local postpartum moms with their newborn babies. The breakfast buffet was quite good by the way.

I understand the reason behind it, but maybe making the hotel room look less like a hospital room would make the stay more enjoyable

NIce breakfast buffet with many different options. Very clean everywhere, but two strands of hair on the floor were visible, though. The room was prepared for patients and had a large bathroom with a signalling chord for anybody who would need assistance.

These are all minor details: The resting chairs in the room were very basic with synthetic leather. There were no ordinary chair with proper height for desk work, but the desk was nice. The movement detector for the bathroom light had to be reactivated by moving very near the sliding door (located just beneath the ceiling). Housekeeping didn't announce their attempt to enter the room before turning their key in the lock.

Beds were nice, good shower. Good price for just one night.

Water got all over the floor in the bathroom when showering, and the lighting in the bathroom was not the best. They have room for a fridge in the room but there was none. Was woken up sunday morning 6 o'clock by someone with an instrument 😂🎸

The property was central and convenient. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. After a weeks pilgrimage it was exactly what I needed.

They made a bit of a mistake, so my keycard was only active one day although I’d payed for two nights. The problem was fixed quickly and the staff were extremely helpful.

Great location, breakfast was a great bonus I didn’t realise you got and was really good, free tea and coffee, clean, great room size, staff exceptional

It does smell like a hospital but considering I wasn’t in the hotel a Huge amount it didn’t bother me

Walking distance from Trondheim city centre, quiet neighbourhood, excellent breakfast.

It’s a hospital hotel. Parking is expensive, but I think that’s unavoidable in Trondheim.

It is easy to get to the hotel and key places in the city from there.

To have only one option of coffee during breakfast. A machine fed with coffee beans would be a good improvment.

I booked the hotel at short notice. It is a hospital hotel, which I didn't realise, I at first started to think it was a former hospital converted into a theme hospital, it had been a long drive. There isn't parking available at the location, but between 20.00 and 08.00 there is free street parking around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable.

I didn't enjoy the evening meal, it was a buffet, much of which for dietary reasons I couldn't eat.
