The staff were fabulous and welcoming, especially Tone. We were really pleased with the location and everything seemed to be a pleasant walk from the Hotel. Room was basic and not large but had everything we needed. No kettle in the room but some really lovely breakout areas on the ground floor where you could get tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages and there was plenty of space to sit, enjoy a drink and watch the world go by. As for breakfast, if you couldn’t find something you liked then you really weren’t hungry. The breakfast spread was second to none and we were spoilt for choice, it really set us up for the day! Really enjoyed our stay! Norway is a very expensive country to visit (especially against our Australian dollar) but we thought this Hotel was good value.

There are not many hotels that manage to combine everything including a good price. This one does in my opinion. Location was good, near the main square. A little bit of noise at night, but nothing too bad. Friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, I thought. Really good choice of hot and cold food, with a big range of gluten-free stuff if you needed it. TV and wifi worked very well. Room had plenty space (even for a single). Hotel looked after my bags for a full 12 hours after checkout - much appreciated.

There are some corners of the hotel that still need an upgrade from the 1970s but really only things like staircases and the lift. A little more space might be needed in the breakfast dining room.

I enjoyed the stay! Particularly, the included gym access was really great; it was open from 5 am to 12 pm and was really furnished. The position is really central, and even though the room was a bit small, it was comfortable enough!

The room was a bit small, and being over on the first flow just over the entrance caused an issue the second night when people doing check-in at 2 am started ringing repeatedly! But yes it was only bad luck!

Great sized room, free tea & coffee in the foyer and guest lounge, snacks at the bar. Fantastic breakfast. A little bit of a walk from central station but worth it. Right beside Trondheim Torg, the main square. Staff were very helpful & AirPort Express bus stop was just around the corner for our early departure.

There was no fridge in our room and as our room overlooked a busy street it was a little noisy at times. After reading the reviews before booking our stay we were disappointed to find a limited selection for vegans for breakfast

The location is perfect, very central, easy to reach, and at the same time not noisy. The room was neat, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The breakfast is excellent, both in terms of food quality and variety and in terms of seating and the ambience. Free coffee and tea in the lobby, and the lobby itself is cute.

The air conditionning did not work. The room is on a VERY NOISY street and we had difficulty sleeping because it was either too hot or too noisy when we opened the window. Ask for a room that gives onto the courtyard!

Excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby area was comfortable and had free tea and coffee. Luggage storage room available. Close to a bus stop. Very close to the city square with Christmas market.

The breakfast was very good, worth the extra expense. The hotel is in a very central location and rooms on higher floors had a good view of sentrum. The room was equipped with a flat screen TV and had the chromecast option 🙂. Near to many shops and restaurants at convenient walking distance, and central bus stops. The staff were also very compliant and kind

There was construction outside so it did get a bit noisy. So recommend to request for rooms away from that for families with small children or light sleepers.

location of hotel is near all tourist places, breakfast was very good, wifi works perfectly, in the lobby you can have coffee/tea and water. It is nice and clean.

when contacted a hotel about parking I would prefer to get information about locations and cost so it can be planed ahead and maybe some welcome for a pet in the room
