Located right in Sentrum, close to a lot of cool locations, and with easy access to different travel lines throughout the city/area. Located right by night life too; if you are looking for a good dinner or drinks there are many options nearby.

Related to the location being right by the night life, its a student city and a few of their favourite bars are right there, and drunk teens are very loud, especially if you are on one of the lower floors - of course, this is not the hotels fault, but it is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

The room was very spacious, with all required amenities, including an electric kettle available. Everything was automated, even the room heater. Since it was centrally located, there was easy access to food options till late night. The bathroom floor was also heated, which felt great in the cold weather.

The mattresses were slipping around, making it uncomfortable to move in bed, while sleeping. You could fall. It was hard to figure out the room lighting initially, with one of the lamps refusing to work. Compared to the amenities and comfort that the hotel provided, these were really small issues.

Comfortable room, we could adjust the warmth & also, open the window if we wished. Beds were very comfortable. Spotless bathroom, although the smallest shower cubicle we’ve ever used. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Good hot shower. We didn’t know until we arrived, that the hotel was now manned on Reception from 7 - 11pm.

Some heavy door doof music pounding from 10 pm ish - couldn’t work out where it was from - outside somewhere I guess but once we fell asleep, didn’t bother us.

The hotel is very central, easy to find. Check in and check out is very simple and quick. You get a code for your room, not a keycard. You have everything you need. Good price.

It was just two wall sockets far away from bed. The whole hotel is quite old, hence why it is cheaper probably. No breakfast in hotel. Also when you go out of your room, double check if it is locked. It does not lock when you close it. Need to twist a handle.

the property itself has no issue, great stay, great value

the staff. we received a text saying the room will be ready between 12-3pm. however we wait until 3pm. still havent receive a text yet. we were told that this is non staff reception so we expect everything will be done by text/ msg and can be checked in freely. but this is not the case. the text msg i received is very unclear. it says we will receive a code to enter the room at 3pm but then when we tried to check in, we found out we need to queue and they staff isnt very helpful

The room was very comfortable and had all that was needed. The cleaning staff that i met were very friendly and were very helpful. I also liked how central the place is so it made it very easy to get to any place easily.

The fact that it was in the very center of the city also meant that it was quite loud till very late in the night. I guess closing the window stopped it but it was a bit annoying to hear people shouting and screaming till late. Might be a put off for some people.

Great location in the middle of the city, all communication was done through Booking, including self check-in and check-out. The beds kind of suck, but what do you expect for the pricing :). Stay was fine!

We found a dead bug on one of the the beds and the shower was leaking, but once again - cannot expect that much for the price that was paid lol

The room had a hot water heater for coffee or tea, a fridge and a clean bathroom. The windows face away from sun in the evening so it was not too warm in the room. Remember, Norwegian hotels don’t have AC. In addition, there is a washer in the hall so we could go all our laundry. The queen size bed consisted of two single beds so we were able to separate these as I was sharing the room with my younger nephew. This was the most reasonable hotel room in Trondheim and by far the best.

It was booked the following night

I was very satisfied with accommodation, I came to Trondheim by plane and took bus from there, the bus stop was very closed to the hotel, to get in to the hotel and room was by codes so flexible hours for check in ... the location is absolutely great - in the middle of the city so everything was closed by walking around, room was simple but enough for two nights stay ... I really recommend this hotel during staying in Trondheim - its a very nice city and nice to visit there - nice things to see during day time and night life is very active with clubs and restaurants ...

If somebody want to have a quite place, this isnt very perfect location as the bars are around, so you have to have closed windows to not hear active night life during the night :-).

Fast, uncomplicated check-in. Clean room. Location in the centre of town, easy to reach. No need to check out, just hang a sign on your door.

The mattress was rather soft and kept slipping off the base. There was no shampoo. There was no hairdryer so I phoned up the service number, who sent a member of the cleaning staff along with one in a couple of minutes. The room was very hot but the guy on the check-in turned that off for me, since I didn't know how to use the heating.
