From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your personal touch and efforts to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for did not go unnoticed. It is rare to experience such thoughtful service, and it made a lasting impression. Absolutely nothing to mention about

Property was nice. I couldn’t check in early. But employer Hans offered to borrow their gym facilities so i could take a shower after a long drive and change. A bit expensive parking but worth it since everything in Trondheim was expensive and it is hard to find parking elsewhere.

Breakfast wasnt so good. Too little to choose from and bacon wasnt roasted trough so cant be exited by that. But they had good pastries. Sad that they didnt have a mini fridge either. The wifi was also bad in my room and my room was close tho the reception.

Not usually someone who stays in a Best Western, this was a fantastic find, right in the heart of Trondheim, and yet in a super quiet location. This converted crispbread factory had a lovely nostalgic charm, and there are pictures and cabinets of exhibits from when it was a bakery, which added to the authentic experience. The very good breakfast is served in a glass ceilinged atrium, and my room was very comfortable, big and quite plush for the more budget end of a Scandi hotel. I have spent a lot of time in Scandinavia and often the rooms are a bit too functional and lack warmth and charm. I will definitely stay there again next time I am visiting my friends in the city.

Everything. Perfect location, lovely place, comfy room, friendly and helpful staff, really great breakfast - even at 5:30 in the morning when we had to leave ♥️

The only thing that didn’t work was the billing. The full amount was withdrawn from my credit card on arrival - as well as a guarantee fee from another card. Payment in advance was not agreed and I’d converted NOK to pay the bill on departure. Not a major thing and I got the guarantee reimbursed immediately but it was disorganised and annoying. Hence 9 instead of ten points.

A lovely hotel, converted from an old bakery, so lots of character. 5 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk to the town centre. Rooms were modern and quiet. Breakfast was included and was exceptional, with a massive choice. (we even made up our lunchtime sandwiches from the breakfast choice) Trondheim took us by surprise, as it is large, beautiful, and clean, with great shops, cafes and bars. My vegan daughter was delighted with Hagen Vegan resturant.

The hotel is conveniently located at the edge of city center, 15-20 minutes walk to all points of interest. Within 5 minutes walk from the hotel there are two bus stops for airport bus (Flybus) giving you easy connection from/to the airport. The hotel has a charm as it is in the former bakery and there are many items and decorations from that era. The staff is very helpful and always available. There is reach breakfast with wide variety of choices available. You can stay in your room until noon which is very covenient. The hotel itself is good value for money.

Attractively presented and very good location. Free tea and coffee available all day in dinner room and option to cook yourself waffles in the afternoon. Breakfast good although hot food was genuinely cold.

There were several different teas available in the room, but mostly herbal or earl grey. When I asked if I could have an English breakfast, they handed me one for my three days there.

The position is very central, the breakfast was very good. I asked for an assisted bathroom and it was excellent, thank you. Reception staff were always helpful and very polite. An overall good stay. Position was perfect for my needs.

Not sure but never throughout my stay could not get the TV to work which was disappointing after a busy day not being able to watch even the up to date news.

Perfect location. Very friendly male receptionist- greetings! 🙌🏼 Nice eating area with GREAT breakfast. The room was spacious. Veeeeery comfortable beds.

-Check-in time was 15pm and there was a huge line at 15.20 with only one receptionist. We came back later but were told to wait as our room wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait until 16.15. Very dissappointing. - None toiletries at the bathroom. - huuuge pillow, very difficult to sleep on, felt like sitting up- although the bed is very comfortable

A beautiful, historic building in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was huge - plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Our favourite thing was the exceptional breakfast - delicious and fresh with so much variety.The added bonus was the complimentary gym and laundry which we made good use of during our stay.
