Sprawling but friendly hotel, conveniently located in heart of town, about a 10-minute walk from the station. An extensive, decent-quality breakfast in the large atrium; the front desk also serves as a bar till late. Room was comfortable and up-to-date. Some of the fastest elevators I've experienced; I almost did a double-take at times that it seemed almost instant to reach my floor. All in all, a great value in an appealing city.

Room was a bit small and didn't offer much of a view of the surrounding houses. Location is one of the uglier blocks in the heart of town, but just steps away from lots of lovely streets and all the sights.

Great location. Short walk from train station to hotel. Several nearby bus stops. The breakfast is available as advertised. At the 'Reception Bar' staff are upbeat and helpful. Recommendations - Buy a bus and tram day ticket through the AtB app. Begin at Nidaros Cathedral which is 900 years old and both original concepts and renovation embellishments are beautifully integrated. Have a good Thai meal at Bangkok Cafe. Then digest during tram ride to Lian which is so very peaceful. You'll be ready to kick on into the evening in Bakklandet.

The Comfort hotel was all as needed. The only revolving restaurant in Norway is Egon Tarnet in Trondheim which can be reached on the 22 Bus. Go 45mins before sunset for drinks instead of dinner.

The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The room was big enough for two people to stay in. The breakfast offer was sufficient.

The room gave the impression that it had not been cleaned or had only been cleaned very superficially (hair in the shower, torn toilet paper, crumpled bed linen). There were only 1-2 English-language channels on the television. There is no designated smoking area and you will look in vain for an ashtray around the hotel.

It was a wonderfull stay, the most valuable the help and hospitability of the stuff. All of them was excelente workers and very kind and hellpfully. Always helpiing the costumers with a smile in IS face. Increíble expierencie. The breakfast was also increíble tastefully ,abundante, georgeous, Especially the freshnesh of products like jams and bread and milk. The room was quiet and well cleaned, and the location of the hotel was great. Once again thanks a lot to the stuff, specially at reception , great experience

The breakfast was very good. They even had an extra table with gluten-free bread/buns, vegan milk options as well as vegan butter. And staff walked around offering ginger shots.

The hotel has placed great emphasis on saving resources, which is completely ok (towel change and room cleaning only on request). However, I would have liked a bath mat so that the whole bathroom wasn't wet and slippery after showering.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the station. The breakfast was very good! USB A & C sockets for charging. Great heavy metal bar right opposite if like that kind of thing!

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Virtually no space to store anything. Your room is not made up unless you request it the day before. My room had a full height window with no net curtain or anything so either you draw the main curtain and the the room is dark or anyone in the building opposite could stare in.

The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is absolutely delightful. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. It was such a relief to have our room ready for an early check-in after a long train journey with the kids. I would definitely love to go back again in the future! 🌟😊

The gym is nice, but it would be even better if they had more training instruments and a more effective ventilation system. It's important to have the right equipment and a comfortable environment to make the most out of your workouts. Hopefully, they'll consider making those improvements in the future! 💪🏋️‍♀️

Superb breakfast buffet, really attentive staff who were able to give great recommendations for local spots for dinner. Insanely close to everything beautiful about Trondheim. Very easy to get the airport bus directly here + five minute walk from the bus stop over the bridge. Would book here again!

Showers are open plan and despite repositioning the shower head, I continued to cause some flooding! Bathroom cleanliness wasn't the best on entering but I am also not bothered about it and I am sure they would have addressed it if I raised it at as a concern.

The hotel is in a great location that's very walkable to almost everything you would want to see in Trondheim. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the dining area and bar was comfortable and spacious. We were happy with the size of our room which had a couple of chairs and a table as well as a desk so we had some seating, and a pull out couch for another sleeping area.

There's nowhere to unpack or store clothes expect for a few hooks on the wall. It's ok for a one night stay but if you're staying longer than that it could get uncomfortable.

Nice stopover en route to join a cruise. Located in town within easy walk to restaurants and the centre. Could have been noisy being on a main road but the windows were well insulated and we had a good night's sleep. We had to change our plans and the staff were very helpful offering advice and printed out boarding passes for us which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful.
