Location, the staff, and the amenities.

The air conditioner blower was very loud. Entrance light in our room, on sensor, very bright and sensitive. The light was so bright, it woke the other person up every time one of us got up. There was no way to turn it off. There was a small bottle of skin lotion and 1 conditioner, but no shampoo. The breakfast selections were limited. No breakfast meats, no yogurt, powdered eggs, no butter. It looked a little bare.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My flight was delayed and I contacted the hotel. They made sure my room was ready and the shuttle was there to pick us up when I called.

The breakfast on the last morning of my stay I wish was a little different, and the orange juice was out so I had to settle for water. I like orange juice with my breakfast.

It was close to the main location of our trip , hotel was clean and the kids had a blast in the pool.

Parking was a little rough especially if you were out late and got back all the parking spaces were full up front we did manage to find a spot behind the hotel.

Most staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, although the options were limited each day.

The pool was a little dirty looking and so loud due to the waterfalls. The pillows were not very full or comfortable.

Convenient, quiet and clean. Breakfast was standard fair. Staff very helpful.

Airport shuttle on pick up from airport took us around and about taking someone somewhere on other side of airport. Hmmmm? Strange???

Location, near a bunch of different stores and food locations. Rooms were clean as well as bathroom

Everything was fine besides the lobby and hallways were hot due to air not working. AIR DID WORK IN ROOMS!

Great breakfast selection, including hot food. Only expected cold. Large spacious clean room. Pool and hot tub looked a little dirty in colour but I expect this to be the tiles

I came in with my family to see the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day Game. Lots of people were there to see the game as well. We took a shuttle bus from the hotel to the stadium for the game. There were lots of shuttles for $25 per person and it was perfect!! Everyone was really nice.

Nothing bad about the hotel. There's not much around the hotel so I suggest renting a car for sightseeing. You can order in food through uber eats or doordash.

Shuttle drivers were great. Efficient transportation to and from the airport even after my delayed luggage meant I didn't call for a ride until almost 1am! Front desk gave clear pick up instructions and they arrived quickly. Room was spacious and comfortable, if well worn. Breakfast was fine: cereal, bananas, and some hot options (eggs and sausage).

Can't argue about location. It's not pleasant, but it's close to the airport. The rooms are fine, buy may need some maintenance. The pipes in the shower seemed loose and kind of loud, but it worked and the water was warm.

Clean, good rate, and shuttle to DFW. Additionally, the female (sorry, can’t remember her name, starts either an M?) was phenomenal. First class service, would definitely visit again.
